Clean room and convenience. Disappointed about the place where it serves breakfast, a lot of flies.

Sehr schöne Zimmer, modern eingerichtet und super sauber. Gemütliche Betten, super ist auch die Badewanne. Leider werden die Zimmer sehr warm im Sommer, sodass man ohne offenem Fenster kaum schlafen kann. Klimaanlage ist keine vorhanden. Das war am Wochenende eher laut und wir hatten natürlich auch jede Nacht mit Gelsen zu kämpfen. Insgesamt haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt.

Einziger Kritikpunkt meiner Kinde: es gibt kein nutella zum Frühstück

Large room, very clean, nice staff and the richest, most diverse breakfast I have seen in a while.

Wir waren schon vor 2 Jahren in diesem Hotel und würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten. Leider hat die Sauberkeit der Zimmer bzw der allgemeine Zustand der Zimmer nachgelassen(dreckige Wände/Decken, Flecken auf dem Teppich) Die Lage des Hotels ist allerdings spitzenmäßig 1 min zum Supermarkt, 3 min zum Lift. Die 2. Doppelzimmer mit Verbindungstür waren perfekt für unsere Familie. Das Frühstück war tadellos und zu Abend kann man in dem zum Hotel gehörenden Restaurant auch sehr gut speisen. Parken kostet 10€ am Tag oder man versucht auf der Strasse vor dem Skilift einen kostenlosen Parkplatz zu "ergattern".

Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

It was a super modern and clean accommodation. Unfortunately, there were a lot of children in the hotel over the weekend, who ran across the hotel corridor in the morning and made it impossible to sleep in.

Very helpful te our late Checkin after being delayed because of accident that blocked highway tunnel. Helpful advice re trail hiking.

Waren das zweite Mal dort. Lage super, Zimmer auch schön hergerichtet und geräumig, etwas hellhörig. Gute Lage und Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor Ort. Frühstück nach wie vor mit großer Auswahl. Nachdem das erste Mal wirklich super war, war dieses Mal leider der Abfluss des Waschbeckens verstopft. Darum wurde sich leider auch nicht ausreichend genug gekümmert. In der Badewanne wäre eine höhenverstellbare Halterung für den Duschkopf noch eine super Sache.

We had a great stay at this hotel. We arrived very late and they were very kind to give us a room for the night. The room was large, elegant and well heated and had a beautiful view to the ski slopes

Super Lage

the place had the most arrogant, uninterested receptionist and probably and equally horrible management behind her. we booked two of the same room types but our parents ended up in an apendix building. we requested 3 times that we wish to be in the same building but it was just a simply: no. we dont do that. i dont care. no....... the hotel had maybe 1/4th booked if that, it was offseason and to be seperated from our pensioner parents (who we only see once a year) was disgusting and completelt unneccesary. then at the breakfast the waiters started to take everybody's plate and made arrrogant faces when somebody still wished to eat (about 1 hour before breakfast time). they literally werw pushing guests out. after that i understood why the reception was uninterested. everybody is uninterested in this hotel. maybe they should close. in any case the area has many many other resorts and hotels, we can only recommend to choose another one.

The accommodation is new and modern, in my opinion very suitable for business meetings. The grounds are nice, everything is functional, the hotel offers a number of facilities (restaurant, pastry shop, 24/7 shop) and summer and winter activities are located in close proximity. The staff is nice, the breakfasts are varied and excellent. I have a negative assessment, above all, of the layout of the room that was assigned to us. The double bed was made up of two singles with a hole between them whenever you moved on the bed. No one was even able to place these two beds correctly in the middle of the room, so the lamp and sockets were above the head of the person lying down. We got a wheelchair-accessible bathroom and instead of a bathtub (which we were looking forward to), we got a shower that couldn't be closed, so the water was all over the bathroom when we showered. At the same time, there was no sofa in the room, which is also shown in the photos. The room was directly above the restaurant and the kitchen could be felt in our room in the afternoon. Upon arrival, the room was missing some basic equipment, which we reported to the reception (they immediately supplied it). We were tired and didn't want to change the room. At €100 per room, it didn't seem like a good deal and I wouldn't choose this hotel again.
