An old building which hgas been renovated. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast room and food excellent. Restaurant was disappointing in that it had a very small menu and was closed at week-ends. Wi-fi was good and Reception staff were very helpful

This was not a smooth stay for us. We did not receive the check-in information until several hours past check-in time.Our room was quite dirty, there was hair all over the floors and in the bed. The fire alarm went off during our stay. This is an unstaffed property and no communication was sent out on what to do. We also lost power for a brief time, again difficulty in getting an update. We use the baggage check the day we checked out unfortunately the pin to enter the building stops working after checkout time so we couldn’t get back in in order to retrieve our bags. Luckily another guest eventually let us in, but we came dangerously close to missing our train

Really nice stay

Nice and clean rooms, very modern. Very close to train station. It has no front desk. Make sure you fill the info before arrival so you can get key code by email so u can get into room. No support staff. But otherwise is excellent. I am old school.

Ganska centralt och nära till allt. Duschen behöver vara på i 2 minuter tills man får varmvatten. Dörren till rummet kunde väcka mig flera gånger då det hördes mycket när andra öppnade och stängde sina dörrar. De har en tidig utcheckning kl. 10, men man kan lämna sitt bagage på hotellet och utforska runt tills man flyger.

Mye bråk av de som vasker, å kan ikke spørre om de kan vente 5 minutt slik at man får tatt på sæ klær å fære ut da må man vente til neste dag, vaska ikke noe særlig på rommene når de var dær heller, kasta tingene på senga men blei ikke vasket noe. Ellers veldig fin plass og plassering

Good location to explore Prague. The rooms were clean and the aircon worked well in the extreme heat. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a large fridge to keep our drinks cold. The restaurant on the ground floor served good evening meals. The only small improvement I would mention was breakfast buffet.

El lugar es muy bueno, el ac hace un poco de ruido y hacer el check in es una pesadilla no se hospeden si es de último momento la reservación.

It will be helpful to have a receptionist since was a bit hassle to do the online registration. Specially while you traveling on a long flight with jet lag and a bit tire to be dealing with online registration and booking issues.

Beautiful beds, pillows were rubbish. The room was beautiful and spacious but there was no daily room cleaning, except for emptying garbage bins. The contactless check in experience was very difficult, we couldn’t log into the platform to get our code then we couldn’t call via WhatsApp and there’s no staff to help. A lot of people seem to be having this experience. Location was wonderful, only a walk away from the old town and shop, however be prepared for check in difficulties.

Fantastic stay! The nicest hotel I've stayed at in Prague. Actually, I was just on long business trip thay involved five hotel staus aroud Europe. This was easiky the nicest! Quiet, comfortable, and clean in the heart of town. Mattress was very comfortable, coffee machine was great and everything was perfect. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Prague.

A bit annoyed about that they say that you can leave you luggage there and pick it up when necessary. But we were told to pick it up latest at 3pm

Room was great. Shame about the terrible check in process and the website being unusable. If you have a complex check in process you have to have people to help. Instead they have no front desk and they tell you to walk to another hotel if you want help. Wish I could give a higher review but spent over an hour giving away all my personal info several times on a website that sucks. No washers and dryers too.

Everything was essentially fine except there was no front desk staff and upon our arrival it took us over an hour to figure out how to get in. After a long flight from Canada we found this very annoying. We weren't the only ones as others told us that they had the same problem. We're used to having someone at the desk who can assist us, someone we can ask questions, someone who puts a human face to the place.........not some AI generated response. Rooms were clean, breakfast was very good. The restaurant that was attached to the hotel provided excellent food and the staff were great, very helpful. The location was very good, 5-10 minute walk to Old Town Square, shopping, etc... We would stay there again now that we know what to expect when we arrive.
