Overall, this is a very good hotel that is in a central position - perfect for wandering around Prague. Being so close to the centre means that you can return to your room easily and makes the whole trip very walkable. The hotel is clean and has history. The staff are genuinely helpful, always greeting you as you arrive or leave and they will try their best to satisfy your requests. I cannot fault them. Equally, the cleaning staff do an amazing job and do not miss any details, for example, refilling the minibar and replenishing the towels. If I was to fault one thing, it would be the breakfast. Again, the staff in the restaurant can do no wrong, but I felt the food selection and quality was below average, often with long wait time if you order from the menu (included). Being so close to the centre, I would suggest finding food elsewhere. However, overall, a very good stay.

Didn’t like the height of the tub. Difficult getting in & out of

The hotel was fabulous. Terrific staff. We paid extra for a view of the Charles Bridge and Prague Castle however being only on the second floor and the trees in bloom that upgrade was pointless. I had two major complaints. One was the breakfast and the other was the pick up driver service the hotel website recommends. 1st, the wait staff was great but the food being served in the chaffing dishes was cold. Almost like it they had been forgotten to be turned on. The one morning the scrambled eggs were placed out almost like they had been forgotten to be cooked. They were the consistency of soup. The wait staff immediately corrected the issue once they were notified and almost looked angry as if they were dealing with an amateur chef. For a five star hotel it was extremely unimpressive. Enough for us to not want to try dinner there, especially at the price you would be paying, which if the food is good, wouldn't never be an issue. 2nd, the company Welcome Pickups, the hotel website's recommended drivers, stood us up at the train station but then proceeded to say we were a no show 30 minutes after the fact. I called Welcome Pickups and their customer service issued me a full refund. Still, I had to hang around half an hour not knowing what was going on and then finally call an Uber which I should have just done in the first place. When we told the concierge at the hotel he said they have numerous problems with the site but have no control over who head office chooses.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The property is beautiful. The only issue was that I could hear every word from the next door.

No verão a cidade fica bem quente e é impossível dormir Tivemos que as 23 horas quando chegamos ao hotel e tomamos conhecimento disso pedir providências e o suporte via chat no hotéis.com foi excelente e resolveu na hora Nós ofereceram então um quarto no sótão com vitros pivotante sou seja sem janela mas esses tinha ar condicionado ; ficava a três lances de escada O hotel na parte externa tem muuuitas teias de aranhas com aranha de uns 15 cm, e são muitas acho que o hotel poderia cuidar disso melhor Mas me hospedaria novamente dada a localização perfeita

This hotel as a former palace is a unique and beautiful place to stay. The connection to Mozart, its role in a recent mystery novel and the grand staircases and courtyards and small passageways really add to its charm. The location along the river is lovely and perfect for exploring both Old Town, the Charles Bridge and the areas on the other side of the bridge including the Castle. The rooms are very big adding to the grand palace feel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good. Wi-Fi was spotty and the light switch system was confusing. Also the shower made the whole bathroom wet and slippery. But these small negatives did not diminish a great stay in a wonderful city.

stayed at The Mozart Prague for 5 nights, May 19 through 24, 2026 and while the hotel itself is beautiful, my experience was disappointing because of how a simple issue was handled. The location is fantastic, the building is stunning, and the room was lovely. Breakfast was good, and overall the property has a lot of charm. However, from the first day of my stay, the TV in my room was not working properly. I called the front desk multiple times every single day and repeatedly asked for it to be fixed so I could watch Netflix in the evenings. One staff member came to the room, confirmed there was an issue with the TV, and told me maintenance would take care of it. Unfortunately, that never happened. I stayed for 5 nights and the problem was never resolved despite my repeated requests. What frustrated me most was not the broken TV itself, but the lack of follow-through and communication. After a long day of sightseeing, I simply wanted to relax in my room, and I felt my concerns were largely ignored. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected much better customer service and attention to guest requests. It’s unfortunate because everything else about the hotel was wonderful. Had the staff addressed the issue in a timely manner, this would have easily been a 5-star stay. Beautiful hotel, great location, but the lack of response to a maintenance issue left a disappointing impression.
