The room was of considerabld size, very clean and comfortable. We had breakfast each morning and it was great experiemce with friendly staff on hand to assist. Great start to the day for walking around the streets of Prague

The room was small without any surfaces. There was not enough space to hang your jackets. I requested iron and iron board, there were both nasty and dirty

Lovely hotel, clean and well served. Only negative was that the hotel bar closed each night at 10pm sharp!

Staff was extremely kind and room with a balcony was a wonderful surprise! Location was also the prime spot central to everything. Would highly recommend anyone stay here when visiting Prague.

Perfect, clean, location

Allen was fantastic! Hotel was okay. We were put into a huge room in the older half of the building and it was a unique experience however we got there and there was used glasses and the phone wouldn’t work other than to call reception. There was a bathtub that we couldn’t get to drain so we had to call maintenance at 11pm to come to the room and fix it. In the morning we noticed there were ants all over the room and bed. Went to the reception and asked for a manager and there wasn’t one there. Had to wait a while for someone to check out and a new room to be cleaned for us to switch rooms. Second room had a nice view but smaller and the shower didn’t have a door so the tile floors were soaked and slippery afterwards. Had to ask a second time to speak to the manager because they didn’t come see us when they got there and were told it’s an old building and they are aware of the ant problem. Gave us a free drink and some points for Accor to make up for it. The information about the hotel they provide on the tv gives false/misleading information. We spent a lot of CAD on this hotel but not really worth it.

El tamaño de la habitación, el sauna, limpieza, amabilidad del personal, el minibar abierto, el desayuno excelente... todo en conjunto hizo que mi experiencia en Praga también tuviera un tiempo de relajación.

Building was older, typical of most older European hotels. However, it was very clean. Location is excellent for walking in Old Town and Castle Town. We had a river view room. Nice view but the view was accompanied by noise from traffic and people.

Room was fantastic. The staff was wonderfully engaged and attentive. Location is the best in Prague and the restaurants great!
