Great 2 night stay with friends. Staff excellent and very helpful.

Lovely experience from check in. Close to the sea and town. Lively local bar and restaurant with no noise disturbances while in room. Good food and wonderful staff. Would highly recommend and stay again

Little dated and our room had subsidence..stayed two nights so had to ask for more towels ask for more milk and ask for more toilet roll..was ok

Pleasantly surprised at the facilities in this hotel for the price. Comfortable beds and lovely toiletries as well as a stocjed minibar and tea making tray. Room was quiet and there was good parking outside. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Good atmosphere in the bar area with lots of big screens to watch sport on tv. Would certainly stay again

We’re in an apartment it was in very good condition. However the hair dryer was disgusting it was sticky, the balcony table was filthy. Noise from toilet systern every 20min during the night.

Easy parking and check in, great location, good food and staff really friendly

Easy parking. Very pleasant staff. The place needs a little TLC, fix the holes in the wall at the reception area. Cleanliness was average. Carnoustie is a beautiful location. The hotel has so much potential.

Everything we needed as a group staying and playing golf locally. Location, and setup was perfect.

This was our second time booking family apartment. The apartment is a 2 minute drive from the hotel and is described as luxury. IT IS. A Smart apartment full of tech. 2 bedrooms, 1 kingsized with en suite and the smaller bedroom with 2 single beds. Sofa bed in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen and lovely dining area and terrace. Everything you need. The views from the apartment of the golf course and the sea. Private parking. The hotel is nice and homely, staff are really friendly. The food is really nice and reasonably priced. We will be booking this again later in the year

Booked The 19th Hole whilst visiting friends in the area. Room was clean and most of the staff friendly. Has free parking to the rear of the hotel and is within walking distance to the promenade/seafront area of Carnoustie. On my night of arrival (friday) I noticed a guest being served steak pie at approx 8pm....enquired with a member of the bar staff could I order food and they advised no as the kitchen was now closed.....even though another member of staff had just that minute brought out steak pie for another guest in the hotel..... I ended up staying over an extra night and again booked my stay through Expedia and paid expedia on my debit card for the extra night as i get a discount with my blue light card. On check out I met "Linda" who advised me she had just returned from holiday. I advised I just wanted to check out. Linda advised they had not received payment for my extra nights stay....i advised i had booked with Expedia and that they would receive the payment from them in due course ....I even displayed my bank acc statement to them. A few days later Linda took an unauthorised payment from my debit card instead of chasing Expedia!..so i had then paid twice for the room! I ended up having to go to Expedia to explain what Linda had done. They apologised and refunded me my money. Terrible customer service from Linda and absolutely disgusting way to treat paying customers! I wont be back for that reason, avoid this hotel
