Stay was great staff very helpful hotel was spotless and rooms were great and controls were easy to use so modern. Then a lot of choices for food and breakfast .would highly recommend.

I love this hotel. Plenty of places to sit with a drink and books to browse. The room is cozy and the shower is great. My second stay and this may well be my second favourite hotel in Glasgow, the first being the Dakota, but much less expensive.

Always clean and quiet and great room climate control. The staff are so lovely especially the bar staff. Food options always very good.

We have stayed in Citizen M on several occasions and do like it but this time there was NO hot water for a shower so that was not good. We reported it and were advised they were having problems with it. We thought an apology or refund or something was due after this.

Love the setting/feel of the room and the hotel as a whole. Check in was smooth and easy to do using the screens, tablet to control the tv/lights/blinds was also a very nice addition.
Only thing we noticed that was a downside was that the hairdryer wasn’t working properly unless you held the plug into the wall (unsure if this is the plug or the socket that’s the issue). This was barely even an issue but worth noting incase it’s something that needs replacing.
10/10, will definitely be staying here again

I love the citizen m for the very comfortable beds. The staff were attentive. My room albeit clean and tidy and comfortable wasn’t ideal as I had a very rare night away from the kids. Was looking to relax with Netflix however the media system didn’t allow the cast, the radio wasn’t working ?weather related. Plug sockets were very lose so I had to hold my appliances in to do my hair and charge my phone. The sink was also blocked - not sure what with but it did look like there was debris. Staff were very nice when I highlighted this and said they’d get maintenance to take a look. Very very strong smell of weed on my floor too, wouldn’t say it bothered me but i had thought about bringing my daughter for a girls night and chilling with movies at a later date.

So it was a very modern room! Liked the features on the iPad provided. It was pretty cool! The shower was amazing! Only downfall to this room was how quiet it was. I couldn’t sleep. Also, don’t park in front of the hotel or else you will come out and get a ticket like I did and I had no clue I wasn’t able to park there or the rules of parking there I should say. The desk should definitely warn foreigners that aren’t from around there about the rules!

I have never stayed at Citizen M hotel and never will again.
They are effectively a middle class Travelodge with minimum in the room but all high tech bathrooms. The rooms are so small.
The lack of drink making facilities in the room was an issue for me. Apparently it's not part of the brand to have a kettle in the room.
Not for me.
