Lovely interior, and a very nice breakfast with a beautiful view looking down into the street below. Room was clean and the bedding was amazing. I had an issue during my stay which was very quickly resolved by the staff. Would recommend.

Air con not working therefore no exhale air in toilet shower room , all steamed up . People wondering round through the night then heard night security knocking on doors & talking as if they were in the same room floor 3 , we won’t be back

Hotel appears to have taken a dip in standards since last staying there a couple years ago. Could be done with a good clean and spruce up.
Also advertising rooms with 2 single beds when this isn’t the case as told at reception that they don’t do these.

Great city location , expensive parking , hotel needs a parking deal to put it up there , it's still fashionable to drive in Scotland, waiting for buses-5c not the way to go for smart gentlemen and ladies

Staff were great, was given a room on 5th floor. View was amazing. Room very clean and smelt great. Only downfall was the bathroom. (Room 528) it really needs some work don’t to it and also things like the soap dispenser/ shampoo dispenser etc were all gritty and had mould build up at the rims where they open and close to refill which wasn’t nice. Would definitely stay again

Our room was fantastic - it’s always great to get a bath in your room! The staff on reception were friendly and attentive and the hotel is in a really handy location.
The only negative about this hotel is that the bar and restaurant are ‘cashless’. Apart from for online purchases, we only use cash. Hence we ate and drank in some of the other establishments nearby, where using cash is not an issue.
I would return to this hotel if visiting Aberdeen (which I do regularly), but probably wouldn’t use the bar or restuarant.

The hotel is lovely. I've stayed before and the service is always amazing. I find Aberdeen an increasingly unsafe city - on my first morning there was a man outside the hotel - on the street - in a state of undress and no one was doing anything - no police, sainsburys security guards just watching to make sure he didn't come into their shop. The room was just average and clean enough. The beds weren't super comfortable and It wasn't great that the family room was right above the bus depo so you could hear people late into the night. The location is great for events in city center or a shopping trip. The highlight to our trip was the lady cleaning our room who went above and beyond to make our young daughter feel welcome. Not once, but twice she stopped by with treats and wished us a wonderful stay and Merry Christmas. She made an average stay very special.
