An amazing stay. The views over the loch were stunning and the grounds were an unexpected bonus. Loved walking round the island. The food was of a high quality both at dinner and for breakfast. The staff were very friendly. We would definitely stay again.

Loved the hotel and specially the food. The room was comfortable with beautiful views of the lake and good quality bed linens. Would have loved to stay much longer.

Mysigt slott med härliga lounge områden med levande eld och bekväma soffor.
Helt okej rum med fräscht badrum till.
Restaurangen hade en kanonfin utsikt.
När det är lite gammalt får man med både en del slitna ytskikt men också en hel del charm.

Brilliant place to stay especially if with a canine companion. The hotel is very dog friendly and the team very professional and helpful. Food is great as well and the rooms are excellent.

Bien accueilli, très bel endroit, la chambre top avec belle vue juste changer la literie et mettre du mobilier à la hauteur du lieu même si je me doute qu’entretenir ce genre de lieu est un sacré challenge

Staff and public areas were excellent and very comfortable. Unfortunately the grounds are in need of TLC which is a shame. The hire of a skip for a day to remove all the rubbish and fishing debris would help. The bedroom accommodation needs a lot of paintwork and updating. I've slept in more comfortable beds in Premier Inns! Housekeeping was a bit erratic. The quality of the food at breakfast was mediocre. However it's perfect for dogs and the staff were great.

Second time staying there. Front desk and staff are always very good.
I feel the restraunt does lack some other options for food and the bar is very expensive but good place to stay.

Overall the hotel was nice. Big concern was the inability to sleep as it sounded as though there was a washing machine or tumble dryer cycle continuously vibrating under room 25 on a lower floor. This humming stopped for about five minutes and then the cycle started all over again. So no sleep at all throughout the night. Not impressed at all
