The room could have been cleaner (I.e. vacuumed!) on arrival. No toiletries/ soap/ shower-gel etc. available either. Staff were polite and pleasant however.

Room was ok but no sign of remote for TV. I was assisted by staff in accessing room as I had been delayed. The facilities were as I expected and would use them again.

I had asked for oat milk, never got it! The breakfast was very prepackaged except for normal toast, with 1 type of jam. The property is upstairs and my room was up two more, I was offered a room on reception floor with shared bathroom, sharing with female receptionist so I took it, unfortunately there was a man using it too. I will never do that again.

No elevator, no parking (paid parking several blocks away), the room was tiny and no electrical outlets at the bed. The single pane windows let noise and cold air into the room and the curtains were falling off the curtain rods. The bathroom had broken fixtures and floor tiles. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Very disappointing. Room had a horrible smell, the shower didnt drain, so had to limit showers so that it didnt flood the bathroom. The towels were damp, we had no toilet paper. Would definitely look at other options next time.

Great location. Staff were nice although woefully understaffed. Breakfast was fine. There was no number on the door and looked like bug blood on the walls and halls and rooms looked like they were in process of renovation. Technically the room was definitely clean. However, we found and killed several bed bugs and my son was bitten quite a bit and turns out he's allergic to this insect.

The staff appeared to be bothered any time you asked for help. The room we were given was the room requested but it appeared as though it was thrown together at the last minute. The mirror for the room was not hung on the wall rathe it was place on a nightstand and pushed up against the wall. Ther were several wall hangings in the room that were just placed on the floor against the wall. Their was what appeared to be blood smeared on the wall that I found to be a little disturbing and unsanitary.

Breakfast was a little underwhelming but the location was great.

Great location in old downtown, but loud on weekends with all the bars nearby. Very friendly staff.

Excellent location. Staff was rarely available.

Property was under renovation, I can allow for that. However, peeling wall paint, uneven cots, not really beds, broken heaters was too much for the price. The owner/ manager is a nice guy. The housekeeper is awful. There was no housekeeping, we had to use the same few towels for three days. One of our part suffered what look like bed bug or flea bites. The worst thing was the noise from the night club next door. Ear plugs were not adequate for the heavy percussion. Way overpriced.

This property is disgusting. Filth, stinks of smoke. No heat, broken windows, broken furniture. I can’t believe any positive reviews of this place were written by anyone who stayed there.

The property is undergoing a spruce up, but the room was clean, location was convenient, staff were good and helpful. We had a visually challenged family member the front desk made a note and assured us that if the was an evacuation then the hotel would get them out first.
