The property felt impeccably clean and comfortable, without any sense of age or wear.
Particularly impressive was that there was none of the musty smell or damp odor that can sometimes be found in hotels in Singapore.
Instead, the hotel lobby had a lovely floral scent, and upon entering my room, I was welcomed by a fresh and clean fragrance.
The reception staff and housekeeping team were also very professional and courteous, making the stay even more pleasant.
I had initially been concerned about potential noise from the Robertson Walk area at night, but staying on the 10th floor, it was completely quiet and not an issue at all.
As expected from a top-class serviced apartment, everything was exceptional.
It’s unfortunate that the property is scheduled for redevelopment, but for future long-term stays, I would definitely choose Fraser Group again.

Fraser Place was perfect for our stay. Lovely big apartment. Very near the river. Lots of restaurants close by. Quiet location. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed with family at the property for 9 days. Had a great stay, rooms were spacious and had all facilities needed including washing machine, fridge, toaster and stove top. We opted not to have breakfast daily due to the facilities which we found to be a good option. Gym was well equipped and the pool nice - not as big as originally thought but a good pool to enjoy. Property is a bit dated but that didn’t phase us. Staff were super helpful and all really lovely. Lots of restaurants and bars around the hotel, but super quiet at night (we were on the eight floor), easy to walk to different locations or catch the train to more further destinations like Sentosa island. Would recommend!

Very comfortable stay, ideal flat for our family holiday. Breakfast was ok but wouldn’t pay for it additionally. Very convenient supermarket nearby and excellent location.

Great stay. Great location. Many many restaurants and shopping right behind the property. Safe area. The property is a bit dated but we had ample space for two people, the hotel breakfast had many options but we chose to eat offsite breakfast for most of our stay.
Overall would recommend and stay here again!

Great location from which to explore Singapore. Short walk to Fort Canning Metro. Great food options on site, else walk to Robertson Quay or Clarke Quay. Very spacious apartments, well appointed, great pool and gym on site.

I would highly recommend Fraser Place Robertson Walk. Check in was quick and although we were early for check in and our room was being serviced, the staff were very accommodating in getting us access to the changing rooms at the pool to shower and freshen up.
The MRT is 5 minutes away to access Singapore and underneath the hotel you have a multitude of bars and restaurants for you to choose from. The staff were exceptional, their friendliness shone through in every interaction. I would like to single out our housekeeper Li Jun who kept our room spotless during our stay.
I look forward to coming back.

While the property was a little dated by appearance, the staff were super friendly, rooms were serviced daily, breakfast was amazing. The location of Fraser Place Robertsons Walk was perfect. close to dining, buses, supermarket and MRT. Highly recommend.

This is a fantastic find particularly for an extended stay (more than 2 or 3 days). With a small kitchen, washer/dryer and sitting area in our unit, we were very self-sufficient and able to accommodate different sleep schedules (critical when you are coming from the States).
