The staff were fantastic, the room excellent certainly the best hotel we have ever stayed in

Probably the best hotel we have stayed at.
The only problem is the cost of drinks.
A manhattan in the Writers bar was $60.00 each and a miniature bottle of gin from the room mini bar was almost $90.00.
These are excessive charges and I would not buy any alcoholic beverages at Raffles.

From the time we arrived to the time we left it felt like home away from home.
The butler service provided was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for them Yu(sp?) and Fitrah really did the hotel proud
The staff in Raffles Courtyard were lovely gentlemen also, particularly need to give Rai and Suren praise.
Nazir who conducted the free historical tour of the hotel was an amazingly knowledgeable gentleman, well worth taking the tour which lasted 2 hrs, and he apologised for over running on time.
Raffles is definitely the place to stay and would highly recommend it.

良かった点
・バトラーがいて、多分一個１０００円くらいはするチョコを頼んだ分持って来てくれる。
・冷蔵庫のドリンク・スナックは飲み放題・食べ放題
・ロングバーへの優先予約
・ホテル全体ががやがやしていない、プールも静かでシンガポールの喧噪から壁1つ隔てた落ち着いた場所。
部屋は西洋のお金持ちの家って感じで、とにかく値段だけの価値はあります。ローシーズンのプライスでしたら抜群のコスパだと思います。
残念な点としてお風呂の栓が壊れていた所でした。すぐに直しに来てはくれましたが、翌朝入ろうとしたらまた壊れました。

Raffles lives up to its reputation. The rooms are the pinnacle of luxury. The staff is the best possible, kind and courteous, always going above and beyond to help their residents. The property is immaculate, home to restaurants, bars, shops, and enough to do to occupy a whole day wandering around and enjoying the space.
If you are able, a stay at Raffles is worth your while.

Love the character of the hotel and the outstanding customer service, the only downside is that Asian food (breakfast) didn’t stand out, tasted like food from chain stores.
