It is in a very safe and convenient location. A major shopping center is right next door. The staff are incredible and the facilities are good and well maintained. Meals are great too and they have a nice lounge and bar near the pool side that gets quite busy

Hotel is amazing and has finest interior design. It is super clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming. It is connected to Sandton City via Skywalk and very convenient and easy to access the shops.

Muy buen hotel pero la habitacion es muy calurosa. Me quejé de que el aire no funcionaba bien, pero me dijeron que es así la temperatura, que no se puede enfriar más, y no pude dormir bien debido al calor.

First time staying at the hotel (although have been to the bar and restaurant many times before), and definitely the most convenient location in Sandton. The renovations have been fantastic, and have really modernized the hotel. The breakfast spread is amazing, and generally it is everything one expects from a hotel of this nature.

A localização é o ponto alto do hotel, maravilhosa! É um hotel grande, com ambientação escura, poucas tomadas no quarto mas a cama é confortável. Pedi a consierge do hotel para fazer uma reserva no restaurante mas quando cheguei lá não localizaram, também não achei esse serviço muito receptivo. Não fiquei para o café da manhã, não posso avaliar a comida.

Hotel was rather busy when we arrived and the entrance was chaotic but all the staff were very charming, efficient, welcoming and warm.
Our room was spacious and clean. Service was great from all staff members at breakfast and in the bar in the evening. We had a great stay and would certainly return.

This is what a 5 star hotel should be. Nothing is too much trouble, assistance and service on hand at every turn.
We have stayed at other supposedly 5 star establishments but the Sandton Sun eclipses them all. Friendly knowledgable staff and superb facilities throughout.
Some of the fittings are clearly quite old, hence my 4 star for that section but it has no impact on the functionality.
What makes this hotel so special is the quality of the staff. They are clearly paid well and have a grace and genuine will to help.

Your service and hospitality is world class 👏
From reception, housekeeping , parking valet , breakfast staff - all superb.
This will be our place to stay when we return to south africa.
The rooms were super comfortable and so luxurious, and the ambience of the hotel very unique.
