Staff is really helpful. Spotless. The villas are INCREDIBLE!! Totally worth every won!

I would gladly stay here again! The room was clean and very spacious. One of the biggest pluses is the free laundry that's available. Another big plus are the staff, we were greeted very warmly during our check-in. The staff helped us with our bags and brought them to our room before we even finished checking in.

At one point, several years ago, this was likely a high-end hotel. However, it's dated interior shows (i.e. spa/hot tubs with faded/peeled plastic, acid etched water line private pools, scuffed and uneven wood flooring, limited dining services, broken lamps and dated furniture in the lobby, etc.) and is something I couldn't glean from the photos. Despite this, the hotel staff was very accommodating and professional; they are what makes this hotel shine. I would give this property a 7.9/10.

Sehr nettes Personalräume sauber und gepflegt Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Trotzdem eigentlich ein schöner Platz zum verweilen. Ich empfehle einen Leihwagen für dieses Hotel. Ansonsten alles top

This hotel is supposed to be 5 star hotel. But the condition of the suite we stayed did not feel like it was. The stairs going down to the main living area including two of the bedrooms are dangerous, no railings, and inconvenient to drag luggage up and down the stairs. The bathroom door was facing the bed, there was mold smell coming from the bathroom so we had to close the door when we were sleeping, the door makes loud noise. The second bedroom light didn’t work, asked front desk, and they said they purposely keep it off?? No reason given. My husband did not feel good so I asked if there is any delivery food available and the front desk said not sure, let them know if I find anything?? The staff who drive the property drives very aggressively, many times I have seen… I have told there won’t be any notice problems but the last day we stayed, there was a kid jumping all over the place. The location is far from stores, restaurants and any public transportation. The options of the restaurants are very limited. The way to drive to the hotel is very dark so need to be really careful especially at night. We would not stay here next time, for the price we paid, I think we could have had a lot better service from the staff and a better condition place.

The manager was amazing and gave us our upgrade and bonus to use in the restaurant. I had a young family above me jumping and screaming but other than that a lovely stay.

The general director and staff were incredible. Very professional and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay and were taken care of during the storm. We would stay there again if we come back to JEJU Island.

Friendly staff with convenient room service.

Our family enjoyed our first trip to Jeju Island and our stay & accommodations at Bayhill made our visit that much more memorable. The Hill Suite was gorgeous and quite spacious for our family of 5. The beds were comfortable and the rooms each had their own bathrooms which made it very convenient. The staff was also very attentive and friendly. 9/10 - have already recommended the resort to our friends.
