The location was excellent and the room was simple, yet stylish and clean. The free breakfast on day 1 was and coffee voucher were a great bonus as I got settled in. Would absolutely stay here again!

It was a terrific stay. The staff was attentive and friendly. Great location- close to subway lines, sites, and among lots of restaurants. Very cool area and convenient. The only confusing thing is the entrance is on the side after hours- it is pretty well signed though

Very clean, comfortable hotel. Great location. Only down side was the loose plug sockets meaning mobile devices weren't always fully charged the next morning.

More like a boutique hotel - quaint. Check in lobby is actually on 3F. Walking distance to metro and bus lines, one stop from Seoul station, walkable to Namdaemun. Good food options nearby. Hallways are dark but location is safe.

Hotel was okay. Bed very firm. No free early checkin even though it didn’t seem busy. Tried to checkin at 1pm but the charge would have been 20000.
Our bed wasn’t made for the three day stay either which was weird. Towels changed and new water bottles but bed unmade.
Breakfast cheaper if you include with booking - average only.

르 서울호텔 업그레이드해주셔서 아주 넓은 방에서 편하기 쉬었습니다. 출입구가 건물 뒤쪽에 있어서 조금 헤맸지만 괜찮아요. 왜냐면 침구가 너무 좋아 잠을 잘 잤고, 샴푸 린스 바디 워시 제품도 너무 마음에 들었고요. 청결했습니다.
목욕가운은 없으니 잠옷은 챙기셔야 하고 조식은 간단히 먹을 수 있는 한식과 양식이 있었어요. 음식도 깨끗했습니다. 기대하지 않았지만 너무 만족하여 재방문의사가 있습니다.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Room was fantastic, so I was sad it was only for one night. Location is right in Myeongdong, so easily walkable to all the shops and food stalls of that area. Close to both Seoul Station and City Hall metro station, so easy access to the airport. Will definitely stay here again.

Meu quarto estava com cheiro de comida fermentada, o café da manhã é muito simples, basicamente ovo, arroz e café. Localização ótima, quarto bastante grande, bons lençóis e toalhas, ar condicionado não funcionou no meu quarto, fiquei com calor várias noites.

Hotel is in the perfect location with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. It’s also of walking distance to quite a few tourist spots like Gyeongbokgung palace, Myeongdong and Namdaemun market.
The room is pretty cozy, just that my room had a bathtub with rain shower but there was no shower curtain so the floor would all get wet. Definitely dangerous!
