Booked this for two days whilst visiting my brother, sis-in-law and new nephew, to give them some relaxation and something a little special. It ticked all the boxes, lovely room, lovely facilities, we used the indoor pool as it was out of season for the outdoor one. Nearby a great place to go for a drink or two in Itaewon.

Empfang, Bar und Rooftop Bar sind sehr schön. Top Aussicht, Pool ist auch sehr schön, jedoch sollte er für Hotelgäste gratis sein.

problèmes: . 2 (voire 3 à certaine période de la journée) ascenceurs qui fonctionnent hératiquement c'est pas assez!
. poussière importante sous les lits
. cabinet toilettes et cabinet douche vitrés permettent mal le respect d'une intimité.

Un gran hotel muy bonito y es lujoso y moderno hay incluso Expo de arte contemporáneo por todo el hotel, las habitaciones no son tan amplias pero tan poco tan reducidas es decir es lo justo sin que que se sientan claustrofóbicas o algo por estilo, es un tamaño bien y cómodo, la cama fue lo mejor muy buena un gran descanso después de un largo viaje y todos los servicios fueron excelentes.

Overall, the stay was pleasant—the staff was helpful, and the hotel facilities was impressive.
However, there were a few disappointments. Upon check-in, the shower products were completely empty, which was frustrating after nearly 20 hours of travel. The following day, used glasses and mugs were not replaced, and the tissue box was left empty. These small oversights affected the overall experience.

A couple of the major museums and parks are walkable from the hotel. The hotel staff were incredible helpful for everything and always available. I was able to leave my medication that required refrigeration in the room fridge filled with beer. I was not charged for using to store my medication in this fridge. They have restaurants within the hotel and just outside. There is a Seven11 store open 24 hours across the street and a Starbucks. The fitness room was fantastic. A large selection of modern equipment and a yoga/stretch room too. I checked out very early in the morning for a race. The hotel allowed me to use their fitness center shower after the race before I left for the airport.
