This is a fantastic small hotel. Staff was awesome, the rooms and hotel are very clean. Very comfortable bed and hot tub was great.

Everything was fine, except the air conditioning that was not working, so the bedroom was too hot

This is a lovely historic hotel. The jacuzzi in the room was fantastic. Staff always pleasant and helpful. Just be aware that the code for entry does not activate until 3pm check in time. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Encantada con mi experiencia, bien situado, bonito y cómodo. He dormido fenomenal en una cámara enorme y comodísima. La presión del agua en la ducha era increíble. El aire acondicionado funcionaba perfecto.

Habitacion muy amplia, camas enormes y comodisimas. Hotel precioso en el centro de la ciudad. Recomendadisimo

The front desk staff was dismissive and unwelcoming, which made for a poor first impression. However, the rest of the staff was exceptionally friendly and provided great service.

Habitación pequeñita pero muy bien equipada y limpia. A destacar la amabilidad de las personas que nos atendieron en recepción. El hotel está muy bien ubicado y es tranquilo, perfecto para descansar.

Me ha encantado este hotel aunque ponga que es de 2 estrellas yo le doy mínimo 4, es una pasada el ambiente, las habitaciones y todo, volveré a repetir

Everything was going pretty well at this hotel for months until one day I unexpectedly had to extend my stay for another day. The receptionist on duty treated me like a longstanding customer, but the next day I was annoyed by an insolent young woman who threatened to cancel my reservation for non-payment if I didn't show up before 10:00 p.m. She even said she didn't want me to come back to the hotel. The next day, the hotel manager was not helpful at all. He sided with his rude employee. I will never book at this hotel again.

The three star rating is deceptive because it averages a one star check in process with a five star hotel. I was told I could check in until midnight. I got there at 11pm and no one answered the doorbell and no one answered the phone number Expedia had for the hotel. Thankfully another guest let me in and gave me the right number to call. The code for my room didn’t work and had to be reset. So after a fifteen minute wait to get in and another ten minutes of phone conversation, I was finally able to get into my room. Once I was in, I couldn’t have been more pleased. The room was fairly large with a king sized bed that was super comfortable and it had a jacuzzi tub that probably costs more than my first car did when new. The building itself is gorgeous on the inside and you feel like you should be paying more than you are. So for the stress of not being sure I would even be able to get in the front door, I give one star, but have to acknowledge that the property is absolutely first rate. I recognize that mine was an unusual situation but I was guaranteed assistance that wasn’t provided. I should note that parking near the hotel is virtually nonexistent as it is throughout most cities in Europe but of course that’s not the hotel’s fault, just a FYI. If you’re going to arrive before the desk clerk leaves, absolutely book a stay there. If you might arrive after, consider another choice.

Increíble estancia, las habitaciones de maravilla, dentro del casco antiguo, la propiedad en excelentes condiciones y limpieza

En general todo, mucho silencio, paz e instalaciones muy lujosas, yo le daría 4 estrellas en vez de las dos que tiene. Nos encantó la experiencia.

Het hotel was heel goed gelegen in het historisch centrum, dus alles was op wandelafstand te bezoeken. Heel vriendelijk onthaal, een upgrade gekregen zonder meerprijs. Rustige en ruime kamer gekregen met een jacuzzi!

He reservado una habitación con jacuzzi, y para mi sorpresa el jacuzzi se paga aparte, ojo con eso porque no me avisaron al entrar, puesto que yo daba por hecho que alquilaba una habitación con jacuzzi que es como se anuncia. Cuando ya me marchaba, después de despedirme allí, no se dignan ni en llamarme, me avisan por WhatsApp, que al utilizar el jacuzzi tiene un incremento del cual, pues como ya he dicho no se informa nada, que lo cobran directamente de la fianza que tienes que abonar, que no entendí muy bien porque en ningún hotel me han pedido fianza. El jacuzzi tampoco era una cosa del otro mundo a los 5 minutos encendido te levanta dolor de cabeza, aparte de una habitación pequeña y sin nada de interés cercano al hotel. Todo lo contrario. Y RECALCO LO DE LA FIANZA DE 50€ QUE ME PIDEN NO LO HE VISTO EN NINGÚN HOTEL, y me da, que ya nos querían cobrar el extra.

Todo fue perfecto.

The jacuzzi jet king room was really nice! The bed was really comfortable and there were 4 very comfortable pillows. I was cozy and happy. The decorations were beautiful too. I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Boutique Adealba Badajoz.
