Appartement très décevant : vaisselle insuffisante, aucune table ni chaise pour manger correctement. La vue sur la cour est particulièrement triste et peu agréable. Le tout pour un prix clairement excessif au vu des prestations proposées Pour première location par Expedia plutôt moyen,surtout que l’adresse de mon appartement loué ne correspondait pas à celle que j’ai choisi.

En dejlig lejlighed med god plads, gode senge og 2 badeværelser. Rolig, central og virkelig god beliggenhed. Vi ville med sikkerhed med glæde bo samme sted igen ved en senere lejlighed.

Lovely place, could have been a bit more generous with glasses and plates. There were about 2 glasses. Please water the plants on the terrace, shame that they perished. But all in a place I’d love to revisit. Thanks

We enjoyed our stay in Seville at Apartmentos Boutique Vida, the apartment was very nice and well located, and we found it to be nice and quite. We would deefinitely recommend this property.

Problème d’ouverture de la porte d’entrée de l’immeuble. Très difficile. Sinon tout était parfait

Staff were very good and looked after any request promptly. Room was clean but needs some updating as far as maintenence on certain items.

Location of the apartment was great, right in the old town, but just far enough away from the tourist centre. Apartment was fine, comfortable but just a little "tired", would benefit from a freshen up

Nice quiet location , good aircon, smart tv. Wonderful staff. Offers microwave and cookplates.

Area was excellent, building was very unique and provided a true experience. However, there was a sewage smell throughout the unit. I think it is coming from the plumbing system. Otherwise excellent value for 10/10 location.

Me pareció un asalto cobrar 25 euros por llegar después de las 9 de la noche , hay mismo estaba la recepción del hotel que solo debe entregar las las llaves son unos ladrones. No saben cómo Sacar el dinero al turista nos decepcionó. Y así mismo pagar por adelantado el desayuno cuando se quedan con tu número de tarjeta que podrían cobrar humillante

Quando chegamos, a gente se deparou com uma porta, sem qualquer sinalização do hotel reservado. O sofá da sala estava imundo e tivemos que colocar um lençol, pois, do contrário, não parava de coçar a pele. Os lençóis eram muito velhos é cheio de bolinhas. Por fim, teve obras de manhã cedo que nos impediram de dormir até mais tarde.

Very convenient

The property is located in cobble streets where cannot be accessed by car. (You can call and ask reception to help with the luggage). The cleanliness of the property is unsatisfactory upon arrival. Mosquitos were flying around and we were bitten right away. Then a spider was spotted crawling on bed. Also, the condition of the property is nothing close to the photos shown in expedia. The drainage in the living room sink was clogged, bad pee smell in the bedroom, unknown dirt/mould on the bottles of shampoo/shower gel provided. The reception provided a bug spray and instructed us to spray the room before housekeeping’s visit the next day. With that said, the reception is available and courteous throughout the stay. But with the price we paid, this experience is far below par.

Location is fantastic. Santa Cruz neighborhood is close to all the main attractions. Really good restaurants nearby. My only big complaints are that the bed was rock hard, sheets and towels have seen better days and you have to take your own garbage out. Gave it 4 stars for cleanliness because the bathroom vent was very dusty and over the shower it seemed a little moldy.

The location couldn't have been better...easy walking distance to everything! The weather was perfect while we were there and we enjoyed both the patio and the upper deck. Hotel Halo Boutique were excellent hosts and just steps away from our unit. A special thanks to Joachin for helping is out so quickly whenever we needed anything. Lots of stairs to get to each level so thankful for secure railings. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would certainly recommend this boutique unit.

Logement avec un très bon emplacement mais très bruyant, il n y’a aucune insonorisation. État de l hébergement moyen, l accès à la terrasse n est pas pratique.

Check in was 3.00pm. I called the hotel at 2.30 to ask to check in, I was informed that the room was still being cleaned and they would call me as soon as it was ready. I waited until 2.50 but still did not hear from the hotel so I had to call them and ask to be checked in. Upon entering the apartment, the key to the outside of the building was very difficult to unlock, there was a horrible smell in the hallway (like sewage) and the apartment itself was not what I had expected from the pictures. The sofa in the living room had horrible stains all over it, the floor did not appear to have been cleaned properly, especially in the small bedroom where there was a whole pile of dust balls behind the door! The main bedroom had dirty tissue in the bedside drawers. The bathroom was very dated, there were stains around the plug, and along the seals and tiles. There was no bathmat provided and after showering, a horrible smell would emanate from the bathroom, to the extent that it made being in the flat very unpleasant. I would really advise against staying in this apartment, despite its great location it tarnished our stay in Seville. The hotel staff did try to resolve the smelly bathroom, but it came back every time we showered. They also sent housekeeping to clean the apartment, but this should have been done before we arrived.

Amazing location…wonderful property for our adult family. Only issue was keys/door lock to our apartment was difficult to operate. Even staff had a hard time opening the lock.
