Lovely hotel, great rooms excellent food choices will definitely be visiting again.

Liked the room all staff were very good and friendly, breakfast and lunch good disappointed dinner was a buffet, food at occasional restaurant was awful had a table for four no heating around it couldn’t even see what I was eating as the light was behind me, paving around pool needs repairing.

Das Zimmer war schön und gross. Im Hotel fehlt generell die Führung. Frühstückspersonal ist nicht sonderlich aufmerksam und achtsam zu den Gästen. Lieber laffert man am Buffet, statt sich um die Gäste zu kümmern. Personal

Quiet and clean hotel. We ventured into the family hotel restaurant (canteen) and it was a contrast to the adult hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. Housekeeping every day with complimentary bottled water. Food was good but you need to book a time slot. Good choices, well presented and fresh. Annoyed that the Fuego restaurant was closed most of the week so booking it when it was open was impossible. The pool area was clean and sun beds wars started as early as 7:30 am. There was no one policing so some beds where left with a towel on it all day. The yoga class with the steel drums was excellent. Nice of the hotel to have activities everyday. There was a complimentary bus service and the local shops were well stocked. Overall a pleasant stay.

Unterkunft und Personal war gut. Das Essen im Restaurantbereich war grundsätzlich gut, aber teilweise etwas eintönig. Z.B. Gemüseauswahl als Beilage war oft das gleiche.

Overall a good experience, had to move room due to noise and maintenance issues. Second room had maintenance issues but no other suitable rooms available, so after some negotiations a compromise was agreed upon. Not particularly happy with how certain parts of that process was carried out and having to sign a document with my passport number on and stating that I wouldn’t sue Barcelo seems quite heavy handed. Then the client manager having a go at me in front of a full reception for uploading photos of the issue I had to a Facebook group didn’t seem very professional. However if you want a hotel in that area the food is good, staff are friendly and pool/garden area is beautiful then I’d consider, just be wary of the full suites as they are on the end if the building near the road and don’t seem to have a had a bathroom refurb in a while.

Staff brilliant. Room brilliant. Really enjoyed my stay, and made good use of most of the facilities. Lots of variety in the buffet restaurant. If you’re looking for a retreat then this is great, and would look forward to another visit. Hotel location may not suit everyone as it’s more than a short walk to the seafront. Not such a big issue for me as I felt that the seafront area was in need of a major upgrade - feels like it’s from a bygone era, so chose not to go there after the first time. Overall very happy with the hotel, suited my wishes perfectly. Resort needs to be rejuvenated somehow - perhaps a victim of too many ‘All Inclusives’.

Der Aufenthalt im Barceló Margaritas Royal Level war wirklich wunderbar. Das Essen war klasse - sowohl Frühstück, als auch Mittagessen, Snackkarte und Dinner waren immer vielfältig und lecker -, die Suite war großzügig gestaltet, das Personal stets freundlich - und All-Inclusive wirklich sehr empfehlenswert! Es waren sehr hochwertige Getränke auf der Karte. Und wenn mal was nicht draufstand, wurde es trotzdem möglich gemacht. Der Poolbereich ist großzügig und der im All-Inclusive beinhaltete Pool-Service für Getränke auch wirklich sehr komfortabel. Diesen Service haben wir wirklich ausgiebig genutzt. Zimmer wurden täglich ordentlich gereinigt. Kaltgetränke waren 24/7 unten in der Lobby für All Inclusive Gäste erhältlich. Einziger Nachteil: Poolplätze können schnell voll werden. Den Trubel im regulären Barceló bekommt man hier überhaupt nicht mit. Was häufiger mal etwas lauter ist, ist die Animation vom Hotel gegenüber. Aber auch das hält sich in Grenzen und findet nicht den ganzen Tag über statt. Der Bus-Shuttle nach Maspalomas und zum Plays del Inglés ist super und wurde auch gerne genutzt! In nur 10 Minuten ist man zudem zu Fuß beim Yumbo Center. Alles in allem ein wirklich toller Urlaub! Komme gern wieder und kann es nur empfehlen.

Check in - could be quicker why the need to forward Expedia email etc when already have details on system Room - lovely big and week presented, high quality bedding robes toiletries, powerful hair dryer,water replenished almost daily only 1 day no housekeeping in a week. Pool large area always sun beds and loungers, order drinks from scanning we code at bed. Gardens well maintained and pool area washed down daily. Restaurant- Saturday night was amazing range and quality however by Monday it went way down hill, lots of dried up food, less choice. Huge amount of PORK and little else. The pork wasn’t always CLEARLY labelled, and put into far too many dishes. Breakfast was constantly good and able to order set dishes or help self to buffet. The hotel app is a bit difficult to navigate at first but then get used to it to book in for dinner each day. Service - they’re are a lot of staff in the restaurant standing about talking and I did hear them talking negatively about guests, maybe they be better stiring the food so it’s not dried up. Apart from this I lived the hotel and will defiantly return

I like the location with easy access to Yumbo and a few nice dining areas. The property had limited parking but street parking always available and free. It was off season so very quite and adults only was a bonus. The breakfast was good but repeated everyday so could only have for a couple mornings. Rooms very clean and spacious

très bel endroit et très bien entretenu, les piscines sont parfaites avec une eau à 28 degrés, on y mange très bien et le personnel est très agréable et professionnel. Une adresse sûre

L’hôtel est très bien entretenu, propre. Les employés sont aimables et de bons services . La chambre suite agréable . Un petit bémol : nous sommes arrivés jour de carnaval et donc routes bloquées , nous aurions aimé être prévenus !

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Hier und da etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Sauna ist ein Witz. Da sollte dringend etwas gemacht werden.

This hotel needs to spend some money on the rooms, first room flooded, second room was like a cardboard box and heard everything. Typical spanish hospital spend money making downstairs look nice and leave the rooms. Never met such an arrogant receptionist either. This was not a cheap night at around 400€ a night. So you would expect better
