El Balcón de Nieves

This was a pearl just putside Granada that we enjoyed a lot. The two guys running the place (we assume they did at least) really made us feel at home and relax. The balcony with the pool and eating place offered a great view of Granada end the Sierra, which we took delight of greatly.

Fantastic hotel. Located on a hilly city, it overlooks the valley where Granada is located offering a splendid view. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious and cozy. Mine had a private balcony. The main terrasse has a pool and plenty of seating options. They offer a varied breakfast and several dining options. I will remember this stay for my entire life so much I enjoyed it.

This was the third time we were there and it was amazing as always. Really nice rooms, views, great breakfast and dinner, super owners and the best part, their dogs!

Hotellet er et mindre hotel med ca. 10 værelser, det ligger oppe i bjergene, og der var en fantastisk udsigt, hvor man kunne kigge langt ud og se bjerge og Granada. Hotellet har en mindre svimmingpool, som fungerede efter hensigten. Morgenmaden var ganske fin og med en god kaffe. Vi prøvede hotellets aftenmenu og vin. Det var veltillavet mad og vinen var også god. Det er et hundevenligt hotel, og har man hund, er den meget velkommen.

Very friendly staff. Sweetest dog lives at the hotel. It has a nice view of the mountains.

Kleinschalig hotel in een mooie omgeving om te wandelen met zwembad. Theefaciliteiten op de kamer. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet met koffiekoeken, vers brood, zelfgemaakte cakes , verse meloen/ananas, konfituren, charcuterie, vers fruitsap, eieren, pannekoeken. Deze laatste waren koud wat jammer was. De eigenaars hebben 2 grote honden die aandacht zoeken, zodat je niet altijd op je gemak ah zwembad kan zitten. Huisdieren zijn toegelaten, andere familie had 2 hondjes bij die luidruchtig ah blaffen waren. Gelukkig niet tijdens de nacht. Er is ook een restaurant aanwezig, kokkin kan heel lekker koken, menukeuze en reservatie voor 17u is een must.

My stay was superb. In my travel from Madrid to La Costa Del Sol I found this Gem. A family operated hotel in an amazing beautiful area with astonishing views a beautiful sunsets over looking the Sierra Nevada and villages surrounding it. A place full of peace and serenity with excellent home cooked food, especially made for each individual guest. You get to choose from a daily menu that is provided. Than your choice will be cooked especially for you on that day. I stayed for three nights and I didn’t want to leave on my check out day. Pedro, Natacha, Maria Del Carmen and Andrea are all beautiful caring people, they are the ones that hosted my. I now call them family. Pedro provided me with lots information to continue on my travel. I also met other returning guest. One lady I met was her 7th stay. As I will be returning to El Balcón De Nieves a mountain hotel in La Zubia. Thank you to all the staff for a beautiful relaxed stay.

Das Hotel liegt nicht direkt in der Stadt aber die Aussicht ist unschlagbar. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vor allem Natascha war sehr sympathisch. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war auch zufriedenstellend.

The hotel is family ran, and they could have not done more. The breakfast and meals are of great quality. I loved the surrounding area, plenty of interesting walks, and for those shopper try out the Nevada shopping centre, it has everything, modern and plenty of space

Tuvimos un impase cuando llegamos con la reserva ya que hice la reserva para dos niños y dos adultos y al llegar nos dijeron que no tenía habitaciones para 4, ellos arreglaron la hab para nosotros el precio cambio de 109 a 139 la noche. No pareció si ya la reserva estaba hecha por esa cantidad, la atención fue excelente y nos dieron una explicación referente a que era un error de la aplicación.

Mycket originellt hotell med med gammal men mycket fin inredning och fantastisk utsikt! Praktiskt med fri parkering intill hotellet och god frukost som ingick. Mycket trevlig personal. Kan starkt rekommenderas!

Super eigenaar, heerlijk rustig gelegen in natuurpark Cumbres Verdes, met fantastisch uitzicht over Granada. Heerlijk ontbijt, ruime kamer met groot balkon. Prima uitvalsbasis voor zowel Siërra Nevada als Granada.
