Really good hotel. Slightly away from the agitation of Salou. With a more relaxed vibe and good for families. The reception staff were always extremely helpful and friendly, with a special mention to Victoria and Jonathan. The bar and restaurant staff were also very friendly and helpful. The food was of a good quality and there was a lot of choice. Every evening there was a different type of cuisine. There was a live show almost every evening. There are good transport links to the surrounding attractions and Nice beaches in walking distance for those that wish to enjoy the Mediterranean. There is a pool table which is very popular and you can jump into the neighbour Hotel (part for the same group) if you wish to book a massage or go to the gym. The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent and of the room as well, but I have to say we have seen a decrease in the level of cleanliness when during the last two days the staff changed, which I made sure to report at check-out. The only other slight negative is the fact that due to the position of the hotel the sun only shines at the pool from midday. The water in the pool is also colder than desired. Nevertheless, extremely happy with the choice and I will be returning in the future.

From checking in at reception to the day we left, we have been well looked after by all staff. Would highly recommend
