Really good hotel. Slightly away from the agitation of Salou. With a more relaxed vibe and good for families. The reception staff were always extremely helpful and friendly, with a special mention to Victoria and Jonathan. The bar and restaurant staff were also very friendly and helpful. The food was of a good quality and there was a lot of choice. Every evening there was a different type of cuisine. There was a live show almost every evening. There are good transport links to the surrounding attractions and Nice beaches in walking distance for those that wish to enjoy the Mediterranean. There is a pool table which is very popular and you can jump into the neighbour Hotel (part for the same group) if you wish to book a massage or go to the gym. The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent and of the room as well, but I have to say we have seen a decrease in the level of cleanliness when during the last two days the staff changed, which I made sure to report at check-out. The only other slight negative is the fact that due to the position of the hotel the sun only shines at the pool from midday. The water in the pool is also colder than desired. Nevertheless, extremely happy with the choice and I will be returning in the future.

Service and breakfast was great. But the rooms not so well , we got the room 2001 and our balcony was next to the pool. The walls was very thin and our room was next to the bar/kitchen. And it sounded a lot from the bar into our room until midnight and from 7am in the morning when they moved chairs etc. It was also very noisy from other rooms as we could hear it very clearly from our room. Walls was very thin. So the rooms was not that great.

Chambre attribuée à proximité du local de la femme de ménage, qui arrive dès 06h30 et fait bcp de bruit, très gênant. La nourriture était trop répétitive, froide souvent et mal chauffée, les légumes congelée et bcp trop salée. Rien à proximité, il faut faire 15mn de taxi pour trouver des magasins et restaurants ...

Our Check-in was a bit stressful upon arrival because there are two complexes in the facilities and we were bumped into the alternate building. The room we were assigned was considered an upgrade facing the ocean but was quite small in size, Upon entry we immediately checked to see and found that the AC did not work and the fridge was on the blink. Jonathan at the front desk was very understanding and after a bit of discussion and us indicating our frustration he found us a room that was more than acceptable and to our liking. thanks Jonathan! otherwise the facilities are quite good, clean and safe.

Really good stay at best punta dorada. We stayed 7 days in august, structure sea front with pool never overcrowded. Food very various and really satisfying. Close to rock and sand beaches, only a lityle bit far from salou downtown (25-30 minutes walk) woth some difficilties for parking (anyhow we found free parking all the period quite close). Staff very kind and friendly.

The hotel is nice. Decent room size and bathroom, the AC is not very powerful. Limited chairs by the pool. Biggest issue is the parking, since there is nothing nearby so you need a car to get around. You have to be lucky to find a parking spot within 1-2 kilometers, especially in the evening. Overall we were satisfied for the price.

La ubicación es un poco mala si lo que buscas es fiesta pero si quieres diversión y algo de relax es genial. Una pequeña cala de piedra a 50 metros te da la tranquilidad que necesitas, la piscina de hotel está amenizada todo el día con agua gym, cócteles, música nocturna, el personal es súper atento y amable, especialmente la camarera cubana y el socorrista, el hotel cuenta con bufet libre de desayuno, comida y cena a unos precios más que buenos, la relación calidad y variedad por el precio es insuperable en la zona, las camas eran enormes, el balcón muy cómodo, como “peros” o “a mejorar” en el bar de la piscina deberían dejarte apuntarlo a la habitación, sería bueno que el personal de recepción dejase las llamas personales y atendiera al cliente el chico de gafas concretamente, la falta de interés y las malas maneras de este chicho ensucian el trabajo del hotel (no solo fue con nosotros le vimos esa actitud con otros clientes ) en general 10/10!!! VOLVEREMOS!

We stayed for 3 days to accommodate meeting other family members. The hotel was as expected. We are a couple in our 60s and found the night entertainment slightly loud but nothing some earplugs didn’t put right. Food was as advertised. Took us 30 minutes to stroll into the heart of Salou and we used the buses which were good.

La ubicación es un poco mala si lo que buscas es fiesta pero si quieres diversión y algo de relax es genial. Una pequeña cala de piedra a 50 metros te da la tranquilidad que necesitas, la piscina de hotel está amenizada todo el día con agua gym, cócteles, música nocturna, el personal es súper atento y amable, especialmente la camarera cubana y el socorrista, el hotel cuenta con bufet libre de desayuno, comida y cena a unos precios más que buenos, la relación calidad y variedad por el precio es insuperable en la zona, las camas eran enormes, el balcón muy cómodo, como “peros” o “a mejorar” en el bar de la piscina deberían dejarte apuntarlo a la habitación, sería bueno que el personal de recepción dejase las llamas personales y atendiera al cliente el chico de gafas concretamente, la falta de interés y las malas maneras de este chicho ensucian el trabajo del hotel (no solo fue con nosotros le vimos esa actitud con otros clientes ) en general 10/10!!! VOLVEREMOS!

We stayed for 3 days to accommodate meeting other family members. The hotel was as expected. We are a couple in our 60s and found the night entertainment slightly loud but nothing some earplugs didn’t put right. Food was as advertised. Took us 30 minutes to stroll into the heart of Salou and we used the buses which were good.
