I like the following: Breakfast. Clean room. Staff. All great!!! Beautiful history!!! Beautiful interiors!!! The hotel is itself an attraction for tourist!!! Close by La Rambla, La Boqueria and San Agustin church that is beloved by Pope Leo being an Augustinian friar… It’s walkable to the Gothic Quarter where many other attractions are!!!

Room was cleaned and beds were re-made daily, which was great. The atmosphere was beautiful and peaceful and the staff were very friendly at all times of the day.

This hotel was so nice. The beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms had wonderful rain showers. The staff at the hotel were so courteous and helpful! Good location… just a short walk to Ramblas area. Very safe and secure. Definitely 10 out of 10!!

The hotel was lovely, really elegant and exceptionally clean. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. Only downside is that the roof top area was still under going renovation during our stay so no pool. The hotel itself is in a great location to explore Barcelona with easy transport links and the gothic quarter and las ramblas just a moments walk away.

Je n'ai pas déjeuner . Sur la brochure il était question d'une piscine sur le toit avec terrasse, hors la terrasse et la piscine était en travaux mais cela n'était pas mentionné ce qui donne une surprise désagréable.

The property is conveniently located. We didn't need taxi or transportation to see around. Staff are very friendly, and accommodating, they let us check in early with no issues. It would be helpful to have the person at the door to know how to tell directions, and where the attractions are, in simple english. The room doors were kind loud (constantly banging) during early hours, it could be the construction workers or other guests. But it's constant every morning, or during the day while we're in the room. Our over all stay was great, we are thankful and we will definitely choose this hotel should we ever come back.

Close to La Rambla Main Street with shopping and restaurants close by.

The property is beautiful and in an excellent location, room was very comfortable, breakfast was very good and all the staff was amazing. The only negative was that pool was closed for refurbishment.

Nothing I would fault here. Just perfect. Perfect location, room, terrace/ balcony, bed, breakfast. Everything was just perfect. Literally skipped out on some activities just so I could spend time at the hotel. Worth every penny. Thanks for an excellent stay.

Perfekt beliggenhet ,jeg hadde rom i 5 etage med egen takterasse noe som var fantastisk å komme tilbake til etter en lang dag i det pulserende og til tider stressende by livet Barcelona har å tilby ,så takterassen var ett must .

It is difficult to see how this hotel qualifies as four stars. The room lacked basic amenities such as a desk, chair, and facial tissues—items expected even in budget lodging. It was small and offered no microwave. The bathroom design was especially poor, with no privacy door separating it from the bedroom. While acceptable for couples, it is highly inconvenient for others sharing a room. It had three sections—sink, shower, and toilet. The toilet and shower featured semi-transparent glass, and the sink area was completely open. The toilet space was very cramped; sitting down meant bumping knees or head against the door. With no partition, odors spread easily into the bedroom. The balcony allowed ventilation, but one person often had to wait in the lobby while the other used the bathroom. Working was difficult since no desk or chair was provided, and the door squeaked loudly with every use. Poor soundproofing meant hearing neighbors and street noise until well past 2 a.m., making restful sleep impossible. On the positive side, breakfast met four-star expectations, and staff were professional and courteous. Even so, the overall experience fell far short of a four-star standard, and I would not stay here again.
