Bra kommunikationer nära hotellet!

Personeel was vriendelijk, de kamer was schoon en ruim. Parking is 18€ per dag en ontbijt was prima maar zeer druk in de ontbijt ruimte. Was op 20 min te voet naar het centrum. Maar je kan ook de bus nemen aan het hotel.

Clean property, nice staff. City center is 30’ walking or 15’ by bus. Only issue not hotel related was that you cannot watch FIFA World cup in your room. And hotel open Bar (the only place to watch games) closes at 11pm not allowing us to finish watching a game.

Helpful and friendly staff. Well located Clean and very well maintained. Good breakfast. Parking was somewhat of a maze, but once you got the hang of it, it wasn’t so bad.

The hotel is an easy 20 minute walk on the flat through shops and past the cathedral to the beach and old town. There was blue and green parking right by the hotel where we were able to park our rental car. We arrived mid afternoon Saturday and were able to park until midday Monday paying for three hours as parking was free sarurday evening and all day Sunday. Would definitely stay again.

まだ新しいホテルでお部屋もきれいでした。シャワーの水圧も良く大きなバスタブ付でした。スタッフの方の対応もよく、レイトチェックアウトさせていただけて疲れをとることができました。　 マイナスポイントは2点あります。 一つは部屋の外が大きな通りで車の音が気になりました。もう一つはロケーションです。近くにバス停はありますが、旧市街までは歩いて30分はかかりそうでホテルの周りにはあまり飲食店はありません。

Breakfast started much later than I would have like. Couldn’t open the window as the highway noise was awful. Gym didn’t have a foam roller. Staff wasn’t interested in addressing my specifics. They told me that I should talk to Hotels.com and not them about me needs. Weird?!

Front desk staff were not helpful. Not happy and friendly as front of the line staff should be! There was a big ball of hair on our bath towels…absolutely disgusting.

Avoid. A so-called “four star” hotel. What a joke. On the edge of town, in a dodgy housing project. They still charge €18 a night to park in what must be the worst hotel car park in Europe - dark, with pillars everywhere. The hotel insists on a credit card guarantee in case you should take a €2 bottle of water from the room - of course, a 4 star hotel but they don’t provide water. The room, assuming you can get in because of the low quality card that doesn’t operate when it’s not held in *exactly* the right spot, is appallingly designed and poorly maintained. The coat hanger in the entrance way gave way immediately, very poor work. If you want to make tea you have to find the kettle and then move it to another part of the room for power. Of course there’s no milk, nor even a stirring stick for your beverage. Bath robes with tears and rips. A shower that requires luck and perseverance to operate. An onsite restaurant that doesn’t operate on the weekend, because if you happen to arrive on a weekend and want food in this remote location, well, tough luck. Finally, as at least one other person has noted, staff who will call in the local traffic police mafia to fleece tourists of money for having the gall to park in a no exit lane way unused by pedestrians outside the hotel. On the night this happened to me, the hotel staff said they couldn’t help and hadn’t called the extortionists, but right after I saw the same person chatting to the cops. Wonder why…avoid avoid avoid

Great service

New, clean, modern property with well-appointed rooms. Quiet location in a commercial area. Easy access to main roads, but a 20-minute walk to the beach or Old Town. Perfect for business travellers, or for tourists happy to walk.

Well-designed hotel with helpful staff and easy parking. Location could be ‘far’ for those who prefer to be central, but Zenit offers transport options and it was ideal for two 40/50-year-olds who enjoy walking and more local, less touristy neighbourhoods. Free bottled water in the room would have been nice.

Lovely modern hotel. The location was on the edge of the city but everything was walkable. Nice bar with reasonable prices. Good breakfast selection. All in all a good choice.
