Merinäköala ilman lisämaksua, koska kerros oli 5 ja uima-altaan puolelle. Huoneen lattian siivoamisessa parantamisen varaa. Aamiaisella lämpimät tuotteet olivat liian haaleita 2 viikon kokemuksella. Aamiaisella kokin paistopisteellä oli epäselvä jonotussysteemi ja epäystävällinen palvelu sillä valmiita kananmunia ei annosteltu vaan käskettiin odottamaan jonon päässä edellä olevien asiakkaiden ohukaisten valmistumista. Aamiaisen avauduttua munakkaisiin ei saanut heti täytteitä. Allasalue on pieni asiakasmäärään nähden joten aamulla ennen klo 9 täytyi seisoa jonossa, jos halusi aurinkotuolin käyttöönsä. Sijainti on erinomainen ajatellen ravintoloita, ostoksia ja rantaa. Huolimatta epäkohdista suosittelen hotellia.

Le personnel est très serviable et à notre écoute. Les buffets sont variés du petit-déjeuner au dîner. Seuls bémols: piscine beaucoup trop petite pour le nombre de chambres, et coffre fort payant. Heureusement que des transats et parasol sont à disposition pour la plage (mais il faut se lever de bonne heure pour s'inscrire....)

The overall experience was below average. The rooms were clean. Some of the reception staff were not very friendly or welcoming. We felt like they did not care, just doing their bare minimum required with grumpy and serious face. Interactions with staff sets a tone on the whole stay. I must mention that the waiting and kitchen staff in general were kind. Another thing, we were disappointed about is the food which wasn't great. Not many healthy options, lots of carbs and meat served was mostly processed and lacked quality. If someone likes seafood then this place is for them I suppose as there were many seafood options. There were not many options for non-seafood eaters like us. There was one instance where the chef from the cooking station served me chicken half cooked, raw inside. I pointed it out to the waitress but there was no action from them. For those unaware raw chicken might seriously poison you. That was off putting and after that we chose not to eat anything prepared at the cooking station. Desserts weren't great either, most of it tasted like it was directly from the supplier, not worth the calories.

Accueil parfait, personnel très aimable, des animations de qualité le jour et le soir et les buffet petit dej et du soir très variés, très qualitatifs et très copieux! L’emplacement est parfait, à 1 rue de la plage, avec possibilité d’avoir des transats et parasol au Blue bar gratuitement via l’hôtel (nombre de places limitées). Nombreuses possibilités de stationnement proche de l’hôtel. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, modernes, bien équipées. Le seul bémol de tout le séjour est que sur deux chambres réservées l’une était mal insonorisée donc on entendait les bruits de la rue et des voisins. L’autre chambre aucun bruit. J’ai acheté des boules quies et tout était bon. Le reste était au top! La salle de sport est petite.

The Food was absolutely amazing like gourmet cooking absolutely wounderfull. The cuban rise was excellent exactly like my grandma used to make it!!! I just think the hotel is very small. And you need to leaf to other hotels for some activities. BUT THE TITANIC THEME IS SO AMAZING love the design! We upgraded to a bigger room with Jacuzzi, i recomed the hotel to clean the Jacuzzi at least every two days. We stayed 7 dayes and it was not cleaned once.... the water turned green... also, the floors in the rooms especially the bathroom one in our room. The floor are not really waterproof and i spend a lot of time cleaning up the water because the bathtub was in the middle of the big bathroom. Don't get me wrong the room was amazing i just think this little details could save your hotel cost in the future. I would defently come again it was wounderfull! Great compliment again to the staff!!! You people where so amazing.

Not your typical all-inclusive but we still had a great time. If you are looking to just relax and enjoy the beach this is a great place to stay.

Just returned from an enjoyable week at this adults only hotel. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. The staff are friendly and very hardworking and the hotel is very clean and rooms comfortable. We found the food tasty and well presented with lots of choice. At busy times there is sometimes a short wait for a table but staff show you to your table and plates are cleared away quickly and set up for the next diners. Never really had to queue for food like you do in alot of inclusive hotels. Bar staff served you quickly so no waiting to get drinks during the day or evening. The pool is clean and although not that big it was never that crowded. Sunbeds are parasols were popular so need to get there early. Would happily stay at the hotel again but didn’t like the resort of Calella that much.

L'annonce affichait personnel polyglotte mais le monsieur ne parlait qu'espagnol donc assez malaisant pour communiquer mais il était gentil et tout s'est bien passé. Très bel hôtel et personnel sympathique.

They advertise this as a spa but it’s not. It’s just a private jacuzzi and sauna that doesn’t get hot and you have to pay for it.

Very good value for money, having stayed on a half board basis. Everything was fine, including good wifi connections throughout the hotel, not just in reception areas, as in some other hotels. Great location too within Calella Highly recommended

It was great .it eas my 60th birthday and the staff noticed so gave card and couple of chocs plus 2 free cavas .so nice that someone notice .all the staff where fab .il be back next year .really loved hotel .

Très bon emplacement… proche de la plage et du centre… Chambre très confortable, personnel aimable… un point négatif : la restauration !! Sûrement pas un 4 *!!Loin…!
