Lopesan Villa del Conde Resort & Thalasso

El hotel es bonito, con un jardín muy cuidado, varias piscinas y la comida es buena y variada en los buffets de desayuno y cena, pero creo que es demasiado caro para lo que ofrece. Una de las habitaciones tenía problemas de olores y humedades. Escasas amenities en envases reciclados del hotel, tenías que pagar aparte si las querías de alguna marca, minibar vacío (tenías que hacer pedido si querías algo), no hay cafetera en la habitación ni café disponible en otro lugar fuera de las horas de buffet.

Fine if you get a cheap deal but not a 5 star- food for breakfast cold every morning, no matter what time you arrived for breakfast Special request made and agreed upon prior to travel on health grounds not honoured. Chairs on balcony very uncomfortable and sun chairs not too much better. However, excellent location near sea front. Some of the staff couldn’t be more helpful but customer services not unfortunately. Room is big and spacious but would really benefit from a proper fridge in the room.

Fin arkitektur på selve hotellet. Komfortable og store senger. Internett tilgang var til tider bra, men mye treghet og ustabilitet, men på såpass stort hotell er det mye som skal klaffe for at alt fungerer smertefritt!

Hôtel magnifique. Les piscines et les jardins sont exceptionnels. Les chambres sont très grandes, bien équipées (lit king-size, petit salon, grand dressing, coffre-fort, petite terrasse, télé, mini-bar et grande salle de bain). Nous étions en demi-pension, les buffets des petits-déjeuner et des dîners étaient juste exceptionnels tant au niveau de la variété des plats que de leur qualité. L’hôtel est idéalement placé sur l’île. Il y a un Paseo martimo qui assure une grande balade en front de mer avec des hôtels aussi beaux les uns que les autres, quelques boutiques ainsi que des bars et des restaurants. Cette promenade est très agréable et conduit au phare ainsi qu’aux dunes Maspalomas avec une superbe plage. Seul bémol sur l’hôtel, les chambres sont peu isolées et dès 7h du matin il y a du bruit dans les couloirs. Donc pour les adeptes des grasses matinées sachez-le! Et il reste le fameux problème des serviettes sur les transats pris d’assaut dès 8h du matin. Cela ne nous a pas empêché de sortir quelques serviettes pour nous y installer! Sinon tout le personnel est accueillant et très sympathique et l’hôtel est digne de ses 5 étoiles.

Had a fantastic stay. Lots of space, great food and amenities. Couldn’t fault anything.

We had to complain constantly about the poor food at the evening buffet no al carte available We enddd up using sister hotels for dinner totally different experience This is not a 5 star property a 4 apart from the F&B that’s 2 star quality. Last night we were tired and went one last time no salad bar, pasta again mixed with meat, I had broccoli my daughter Chips !!!! Shocking

Flott hotell med god service Vi hadde et stort rom i blokk F og hadde sjøutsikt og utsikt til bassengområdenene Fantastisk frokost som barnålene til kl 11 Rent og ryddig både inne og ute Det ene bassenget var me saktvann og det er deilig. I tillegg var bassenget oppvarmet

We’ve stayed at this hotel three years in a row – and for good reason. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing, the staff are incredibly kind, and everything is well-kept and inviting. It truly feels like a home away from home, and we leave every time feeling recharged and happy. Highly recommended

Staff don’t speak English. Made us purchase a full adult meal for a child at lunch instead of a small portion.

This hotel is a bit unique.... it does not look like a hotel but like a church. Very interesting! Spoil in food choices..... a blessing and a curse... But, the most I loved was the balcony view to the sea, sun, moon. I appreciate the apology because it take humility to do it. I loved the feel... Having a bathtub ... was all the magic + night view to the MOON....I was looking for Thank you!

Lovely hotel with excellent food and service in the half board buffet. Luxury spacious hotel room with a great selection of pools and extremely clean in all areas of the hotel. Situated by the coastal path to Melanores and Maspalomas The main downside of this beautiful hotel is some of its reception staff. On both check in and check out I found the attitude and support poor for a 5 star hotel and certainly not that you receive in the rest of the hotel. At check in you are given a map of the hotel, which is a resort so on many levels, and told to find your room. Unless of course as I did I requested to be shown and helped with my luggage. On check out, I was given an extension to my room stay free of charge. But on actual checking out the balance of my account had been taken from my credit card deposit without my prior checking the charge and then without offering me the opportunity to pay cash as I wanted to. It took another member of staff to credit my account and accept the cash. There are other instances when my enquiries at reception where met with members of staff stood in a huddle talking and ignoring my presence. Ive stayed at other Lopesan hotels in the area and the reception have always been extremely helpful. I also met another young couple checking out who experienced the check in and check out unhelpful service. If the got this area sorted it would be a 5 star excellent hotel!

Von Anfang bis zum Ende alles wunderbar geklappt. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Menschen … ob Restaurant, Rezeption oder Pool… es war ein Balsam für mich. Habe mich sehr gut erholt. Danke

This hotel has been absolutely wonderful. The staff are lovely and the property is very clean. The food has been really good every night and a lot of options. The spa is also amazing.

Ein Hotel der Spitzenklasse in dem wir uns ausgezeichnet erholen konnten. Geräumige ruhige Zimmer mit großem Bad und begehbarem Schrank, bequemen Betten und großer Terrasse. Das Frühstück und Abendessen lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Poolbereich ist großzügig und ruhig. Wir haben immer einen Platz gefunden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zudem gibt es einen großen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Insgeamt ist das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert.
