Overall comfort

The location of the hotel is great, gives good access to the centre, to supermarkes and bars. The room was big and cozy, great bed/mattress and very nice pillows, at least for me. The cleaning ladies were always in the hallway ready to sort your room out which was very nice to see. They do take the cleanliness seriously here. I was a bit taken aback by the fact that their standard rooms don't come with a kettle as I've always had one even in a standard 3* hotel room. Perhaps I didn't pay attention to the room description when booking. The swimming pool is very small and so is the number of sun loungers for the amount of guests the hotel can accomodate. I feel like having the swimming pool is just a push to tick the 4* hotel mark. There is also a small gym available which looked very tidy and clean. Breakfast was nice, large variety of foods however the quality of the coffee was quite bad. Unfortunately I could not finish my coffees in the morning. Perhaps new coffee machines with more variety of coffees or new coffee beans? The hotel has an online check in and check out, however mine didn't work so we had to queue for over 40 mins just to check in. Didn't quite understand why so strict on the 3pm check in time. If a room is already available and the customer arrives at 2.40pm, why not check them in instead of making them wait till 3pm to then queue with everyone else to check in, while causing everyone to get impatient and putting preasure on staff? Something to look into.

We had a great stay! Location by Plaza de Armas is convenient for day trips. Very clean, good restaurants nearby.

Check in fácil. Hotel muy céntrico y a la vez te da la oportunidad de descansar. Habitaciones limpias y amplias. Buen servicio y excelente precio. Sin duda, repetiría este hotel.

El sitio muy bien y aunque las camareras muy majas la verdad que la cocina dejaba mucho que desear, comimos allí y la comida vamos le doy un 2 pero es que hasta en el desayuno estaba el zumo malo. Por lo demás de lujo

The NH Plaza de Armas is located just over the road from the bus station so is very convenient if you arrive that way. The lobby is immaculate and the cafe/bar is good. The room was great, with a comfortable bed, lots of electrical sockets and a well arranged wardrobe/bathroom area. I personally dislike having to use a QR code to access information about the room especially as the wifi wasn't consistently working.

Lovely hotel, great room, comfy bed. Staff very efficient, fuse went in bathroom light and it was fixed within 15 minutes if me reporting it. 20 minute walk to main sites so pretty centrsl

Die Lage in Sevilla ist hervorragend. Das Hotel ist extrem in die Jahre gekommen, wirkt alt, die Zimmer sind sehr abgewohnt. So schloss das Fenster nicht richtig, es zeigte sich Rost an der Handtuchhalterung. Die Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption beim Check out war schlecht.

We loved the hotel. It was in a perfect location. A nice walk along the river to the centre took about 20 mins. It is very close to the bus station as well. The room had everything you need. The air con was excellent in the room. The shower was the best and easiest to use that we have had in a hotel and for once the shampoo etc had large lettering so I could see it without glasses! Breakfast was good but we would have liked more hot food. We would definitely stay there again.

This is our family’s fourth stay at this hotel. It does not disappoint. It’s convenient to everything, and it’s a beautiful hotel.

Hotel eccellente, pulito personale molto cortese, a circa 25 minuti a piedi dal centro e collegato sia con i mezzi che con i taxi.Il percorso per raggiungere il centro dal lato della stazione degli autobus e davvero orribile. Nel complesso hotel da consigliare.
