Nice area around where is restaurant and walk in shops, also as great view and close to the best beach el camison, las vistas

Great ocean view from balcony. Fully equipped for sleeping and eating. 3 beds in room meant there was very little spare space. Needs a chair or two

It was excellent value for money. The balcony view is amazing and the beds comfortable. Kitchen had everything you need! Bathroom small but adequate and checkin / out very simple. I’d definitely stay again!

Di solito preferirei non dare giudizi negativi, ma purtroppo in questo caso devo. La pulizia, prima di tutto, è veramente scadente. Polvere sui mobili e macchie sulla biancheria, oggigiorno sono inaccettabili. Così come lo stato fatiscente del bagno, della cucina e del balcone, che hanno assoluto bisogno di manutenzione e rifacimento. L' alloggio è molto piccolo e non adatto a tre persone, come reclamizzato (fortunatamente noi eravamo in due e abbiamo soggiornato per 15 gg.). Non voglio entrare in ogni minimo particolare, perché penso di essere stato chiaro, ma se occorre ho le foto a testimonianza. Ci vorrebbe più attenzione da parte del proprietario verso i clienti, che tra l'altro pagano anche bene. Insomma, è un vero peccato perché l'appartamento merita (posizione e vista ottime), ma purtroppo è trascurato. Non si può solo incassare, bisogna anche investire e migliorare. Un consiglio per il proprietario.

Great location with direct access to the seafront from the property garden. No free Wi-Fi as advertised. Basic but ok.

Overall a very nice place to stay for a good price. Beautiful view over the harbor and a nice balcony to enjoy. Close to the beach, restaurants, minimarket etc. The place in general is not in perfect condition and some towels and beddings have stains. But for the price a perfect condition can not be accepted. I am happy with my stay and can recommend this to anybody who is happy with not thr highest standard. I will return!

El techo con humedades , pérdida de agua grifo de la ducha, piscina en obras

Piscina en obras y no nos avisaron e incluso ni en la recogida de llaves de recepción , fuga de agua en la llave de la ducha del baño, humedades techo, baño, pasillo ,cocina (se estaba cayendo la pintura del techo por la humedad) edredones con manchas amarillas y oscuras , los platos de la encimera pegajosos , tuve que lavar antes de usar

Simple studio apartment in a quiet residential block, adjacent to beach promenade, market and taxi rank. The studio was basic and a little outdated, but spotlessly clean , had all essentials, and is an absolute bargain. I had to contact the owner prior to arrival with a booking issue, and he was vert accommodating and helpful. I absolutely would recommend a stay here.

Great location, inexpensive, basic apartment. Sadly not clean, because of this I would not recommend this apartment.

This is a perfect little bolt hole for staying in Tenerife. Close too all local stuff , fantastic views of the ferry on a morning coming into port. Will stay there again no doubt

Cool airy apartment with fans and a lovely view of the sunset in the evenings over the sea. Beds were comfy and had everything we needed. Pet friendly.
