The Level at Melia Sevilla

La estadía fue muy buena , excelentes atenciones en el Level de Estrella y Carmela muy complacida con su trato hacia nosotros.

Hôtel un peu vieillissant, chambre the level avec une très belle vue mais la porte de la chambre avait l’air d’avoir été forcée et les portes coulissantes de l’armoire ne fermaient pas. Par contre service the level très bien

We had the most amazing stay in the most beautiful room. Choosing The Level was a treat and well worth it. The special treatment from the check in staff was incredible. All the staff were so professional and friendly. It made for a truly relaxing break and we look forward to returning next year.

Poolområdet såg väldigt trevligt ut, tyvärr stannade jag för kort tid för att hinna med ett besök där. Kommer jag tillbaka till Sveilla bokar jag gärna detta hotell igen.

Superb hotel with lovely pool. Staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough for us. I didn’t get the room I thought I’d booked (which had a balcony) as per the Hotels.com misleading pictures but that wasn’t the Amelia’s fault. It’s worth paying extra for The Level.

Great location!

Perfect location for Plaza de España Upgraded to the Level which is a nice touch. At breakfast you can have something from the hotel breakfast menu but on the second morning there was no one available to take my order. You have lots of snacks and drinks available until 10 pm but you are not allowed to take anything away, I understand why but it is a shame especially if you want bottles of water. Or sit by the pool with a glass of something. Room was nice and spacious with beautiful view and really good bathroom with products from Rituals. Was there to celebrate my birthday and the hotel put a small chocolate in the room for me. Would like to stay here again and will hopefully be able to use full facilities for longer and the pool.

Lovely hotel, next to the Plaza Espania. Most of the main areas are within walking distance, but taxi rank outside hotel. We paid for The Level, and was disappointed that the lounge was closed until our last day. It was not exactly clear what our "Level" options were to replace the closed lounge. Once re-opened it was great.

스페인광장이 바로 앞에서 보이는 뷰와 관광지 가기편한 로케이션 너무 좋습니다. The Level 직원 '후안(Juan)' 의 서비스가 인상적이고 감동적이었어요. 아름다운 도시 세비야에 대한 자부심도 보기 좋았습니다. 아 조식도 진짜 너무 맛있어요. 방음이 조금 아쉽다는 리뷰는 걱정스러웠지만, 여기저기 다녀보니 대부분 유럽 건물들이 오래 되어서 비슷한거라 굳이 신경 안써도 돼요! 한국인들~ 여기 강추합니다!

From the moment we arrived, greeted by the wonderful Beatrice at the reception of The Level we had a lovely stay. She set the right tone and others strove to match it.

The entrance of the hotel is beautiful. From the time we entered the hotel everyone was helpful polite and friendly. Our room was great for us not fancy it was clean. Thank you Melia Sevilla 💃

Very friendly service and the level area with free drinks and snacks and tapas was perfect. Very close to the back of Plaza espana.

Perfectly situated for sightseeing with the Plaza de Espana is just across the road. Unfortunately we weren’t anle to see the Plaza in all it’s glory due to the summer festival of concerts taking place. On arrival we were greeted by one of the very friendly and helpful Level staff and shown around. Level guests have free tapas and drinks all day with Happy Hour in the evening. Our room was on the 11th (top) floor and was spacious with air conditioning - much appreciated as the temperature was in the 90s while we were there. Only criticism is that the bathroom was too compact with both a bath and shower (others only had a shower which would have suited us better) and the toilet was too close to the shower door which made it awkward getting in and out of the shower. Breakfast in the Mosaico dining area offered a varied choice of menu and had both indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor pool was the perfect place to cool down after a day’s sightseeing with a covered bar area and plenty of umbrellas and sun loungers. On the ground floor is a spacious lounge and bar area with plenty of comfortable seating. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay as a family celebrating a milestone birthday.

Excelente trato en la recepción de The Level, Pilar nos atendió de maravilla.En el hotel nos hemos sentido muy comodas y relajadas durante nuestra estancia.Volveremos!
