Love everything about the hotel and great customer services

Incredible staff. Very nice environment. The in room AC was a life saver. For sure one of the coolest places I’ve stayed while traveling.

Lovely hotel. Great location for walking around Toledo. Convenient car park nearby. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Room for 4 x people a little on the small side.

La habitación estaba llena de polvo, no se había limpiado,el mobiliario con polvo notable. Tuvimos que desmontar los filtros del aire tras el caso omiso de la recepcionista falta de empatía y un ápice de descaro por su parte ante nuestra queja por la falta de refrigeración estando a 41 grados en la calle..y tras eso, pudimos observar que la falta de refrigeración se debía a dos dedos de polvo en dichos filtros.. A la hora de ducharnos, tuvimos que pedir jabón para rellenar el de la ducha, porque tampoco habían tenido en cuenta ese "pequeño" detalle.. Por decir algo positivo, la situación geográfica es ideal para recorrer la ciudad andando, conseguimos el hotel mediante una oferta, pero visto lo visto, hasta con ese precio ( menor a 65€) me parece caro.

Em nenhum momento fui informada que o quarto para 4 pessoas seria no sótão, muito quente e teto super baixo. Além do banheiro ter um odor desagradável e o box do chuveiro inundar, pois com certeza o ralo estava entupido. Toalhas de banho pequenas. Sem frigobar nos quarto. Café da manhã com utensilios e copos não muito limpos, porém há algumas opções de alimentos.

Tuvimos un gran problema con cucarachas,que debe ser comun en esta epoca . Nos cambiaron en 4 ocasiones de habitacion. Pero no pudimos descansar con tranquilidad. El personal no pudo ser más amable, se preocuparon de que estuviéramos a gusto. No es problema de ellas. También pensamos que era un Hotel y es un Hostal, muy justo. El baño muy pequeño, no hay ni toallero. No una percha para colgar la toalla. Me pareció incómodo. La cama muy buena y todo muy limpio. Tuvimos esa mala pata, que nos dijeron que en el mes de julio suelen desinfectar. El desayuno fue fantastico.. Gracias a ellas. Pero en esas condiciones no se puede dar un buen servicio.

Estadia ótima, senti falta de um frigobar no quarto, o resto impecável tudo funcionou, estacionamento um pouco longe e custa 18 euros a diária pagando no hotel.

Don't use Google maps to arrive at this place!!!!!. Impossible to drive to the front door. Google maps to Puerta de Bisagra. There's a ramp practically to the front door right off the main street.

Sweet little place to stay. The front desk was manned and I received excellent restaurant advice. On the edge of things with an underutilized terrace which had great potential, but was never cleaned the 3 nights we stayed. The shower and bed were excellent.

Pictures shown on website / Expedia are not faithful to what you get. We ordered the triple room with a beautiful view and spacious accommodations. Instead we got a basement room that was TINY. After folding down the “triple bed” there was maybe 8 square feet of room for luggage and getting around. This was after we hauled our luggage across 500 meters of cobblestone (the website did mention this to be fair). I showed the website photos to the front desk and said “what’s the difference between these photos” and got a sassy answer and an indifferent shrug. I privately wrote the property asking for a refund, three days ago. No response. At this point I need to warn future travelers not to fall for the bait and switch of this property. Buyer beware. We will have to settle by calling our credit card company to get our money back. Advice to the property - please just change your photos of the rooms so that customers can make an informed decision. It’s not that hard.

Hostal sencillo pero muy cómodo. Se encuentra dentro del recinto amurallado, pero no demasiado aislado de manera que se puede aparcar el coche en zona azul en el barrio justo enfrente, a 5 minutos.
