Great value for money, very nice roof top pool with amazing views. Bar food great.

Stayed one week in Colombo after a 2 week tour . Hotel was well maintained and friendly staff. Price was expensive for the size of the rooms and as the property is located across the street from the railway line it is noisy. Very few areas air conditioned areas to relax. Enjoyed our stay but would have preferred something quieter and with more air conditioned lounge areas.

Excellent service and quality

They did such an amazing job, very kind and attentive. I asked to print my boarding pass and they were able to do it at the front even though it took a while (on my part). Everyone was super nice and I will definitely come back to stay here again. Also the sea view was to die for, I am so glad we spent the extra to get the sea view

Really nice and clean hotel. Ocean view room was good. A bit of train horn noise early. Roof top bar and pool were classy. A quality hotel.

Luxurious! The restaurant could do with some other options than the buffet and the music on the roof terrace could be a little lower. Pool area was really beautiful

Hotel entrance was confusing. Roped off area with Tuktuks stopped any other vehicles from parking safely to allow customer drop off or pickup. Your luggage was taken from you and disappeared without a receipt. When you arrived on the first floor for reception there was bags everywhere as they had just been dumped by the staff. Not enough reception staff to facilitate check in. No queue ropes so people pushing in and staff allowing it to happen. Staff were only giving out low floor rooms to people checking in early. For a high floor you had to come back after 2pm and experience the chaos for a second time. This entire process needs to be looked at as the customer experience is not good. The room was looking tired and required attention. For example staining on seat cushions and rug. Large crack in feature window. The roof top is very nice but way too small for the size of hotel. Only 5 sun beds and no shade. Very difficult to get a towel. The worst part of the pool area was staff allowing hotel guest to stand or seat in and around the pool with drinks in glass, and allowed smoking no ashtrays were being used. Hotels.com need to inspect the hotels they sell on their platform as a matter of urgency By the way if you have a sea view room it doesn’t matter what floor you’re on. The noise from the train and station are the same.

Dernière soirée au Sri Lanka au top dans ce magnifique hôtel. Super espace piscine et bar en roof top et magnifique chambre. Salle de massage idéalement située avec vue sur la mer.

La chambre était propre et la décoration soignée, tout était en très bon état, et le personnel a été sympathique. C'est peut-être un peu bruyant avec le train et la route en contrebas pour les personnes sensibles au bruit. Aussi, la piscine manque d'installations, il n'y a que 4 transats pour tout l'immeuble. Et attention, il n'est plus possible de profiter des installations au delà de l'heure du check-out, l'étage étant accessible uniquement avec un badge.

the hotel reception is amazing, the rooms are clean. 5 star prices that don't quite meet 5 star expectation, food average and service that needs to be worked on. other then that it was a okay hotel with a very nice view.

I had three nights in superior room with partial sea view, and it was really spacious and had a nice balcony. Room itself was 10/10. Rooftop pool and bar is nice, but during evening it might be very full. Only minus for housekeeping, which wasn't easy to have. Finally in the evening 7pm I got someone knocking my door if I needed something and finally they took my dishes from room breakfast. Service at reception was great, and I was welcomed to spend there time after check out before midnight flight.

Everything was great, even better than Amari. However, the pool bar’s food and drinks could be improved, as they weren’t very tasty.

The rooftop pool was amazing!
