Excelentes quartos e banheiros renovados e amplos. A localização do hotel não poderia ser melhor. Café da manhã excelente, com opções sem glúten, só faltam castanhas. Hotel não tem opções de lazer, mas está a 1,5 quarteirão do lago.

Location is top for the hotel. However, the customer experience is much to be improved when it comes to staff service. I would say that people in reception looked like we are disturbing them, and in the breakfast area, you could stay with the plates finished and nobody came to take them 4 or 5 ladies were and just talking between them. Quality of the breakfast is fair. Very important point, there is no room to leave your luggage. I mean you pay almost 300euro per night and they told us to leave our luggage in the hallway, is pretty embarrassing. Room was spotless clean, the reception and the elevators were quite dirty. Best thing is the location, you are 2 minutes from the lake and in the middle of the financial district. Location 10/10.

Otelin yeri çok iyiydi. Personel çok yardımcı olmadı ve güleryüzlü değildi ancak kahvaltıda servis yapanları bundan ayrı tutuyorum onlar çok tatlı davrandı. Odanın temizliği yeterince iyiydi çok sterildi diyemem. Eski bir dekorasyona sahipti dört yıldızlı eski bir otel otelde kalacaksın gelirseniz. Fiyat performans isteyebilirim ama bir daha tercih edeceğini zannetmiyorum.

The hotel is conveniently located close to many of the main tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast was good, with a nice selection of options, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Overall, a pleasant experience and a great base for visiting the city’s sights.

Very traditional, superb breakfast

The continental breakfast was worst. Hotel did not tag /name all dishes. Hotel have same serving spoon for vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes. Air condition was not cooling. The staff was not bilingual and unable to converse in english.

A very good hotel, good location, kind and helpful staff, excellent breakfast

The breakfast was free and it was great. The room was a time capsule from the 80's, The air conditioner does not start work or so I was told until end of June 2026. Not even a fan but they will offer you a version of my Grandma's for your room. They said that we would have Airport shuttle - when I called they said no we don't so $80 from airport and $80 back to airport. If we wanted to work that would cost us too. It is a decent area I will give it that and we really enjoyed the Resturant breakfast and dinners - great staff.

This hotel is ideally located, within walking distance of most attractions; it is on a quiet street and it is quiet within the hotel. The breakfast has a good selection of foods- breads, cereals, eggs, etc. that are served buffet style. The staff is exceptionally helpful and speaks fluent English. We had the junior suite which was quite spacious and comfortable. We'd highly recommend this establishment.

Breakfast menu was delish and lots of choice - and free. Not so good - there was no Airport shuttle - that info is incorrect- please fix it as 80 Franc’s each way - expensive. Room was dated, but large for Europe. Restaurant - amazing food and we loved it and amazing staff. No air conditioning until warmer months. Windows open at night room resulting in sleepless nights - loud vehicles. Close to Lake 10 minute walk. We felt safe and staff were kind. Thank you.

odalar tertemizdi çalışanlar kibar ve tatlıydı otelin konumu merkeze yakındı ve her yere rahatça ulaşım sağladık. kahvaltısı güzeldi her şey vardı. çalışanlar yardımcı oldu. bir daha gidersem tekrar tercih edeceğim bir yer oldu her şey için teşekkür ediyoruz.

Lovely bathroom but would have preferred walk- in shower. Excellent breakfast- lots of choice. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

The young lady at the front desk was unprofessional. We arrived early at 8am and she dismissed us by saying our room would not be ready until 4pm. What she should have said was, "Welcome to our hotel. We have a comfortable lounge for your use and we will call you in a few hours when your room becomes available." Some training in customer service is definitely needed.

The Room has no AC I asked then to turned on and they replied to open the window or they can provide me a fun and the room was super hot

This hotel is old, run-down, and has numerous issues. It looks nothing like the photos online. Our hearts sank the moment we arrived and saw the filthy entrance: cigarette butts overflowing from a broken outdoor ashtray, trash scattered across the ground, and stained, faded carpeting leading inside. Unfortunately, the problems only escalated from there. Many things in the room were broken, missing, or dirty. We made multiple complaints, and while one or two issues were addressed, most were not. The list of problems included: • Cigarette burns on the bed and walls • Stained walls • Ripped and stained carpeting • In-room phone not working (eventually fixed) • Bathroom sink drain clogged • Shower drain clogged, causing the entire bathroom to flood • Extremely poor sound insulation — you hear everything outside, especially traffic • Only one manual key per room • Missing or nonfunctional devices • A cracked electrical outlet in the desk that literally sparked when touched • Overflowing cigarette butts at the entrance • Faded and stained carpet in the lobby • Lounge advertised as open but was closed • Error message on the Sleep Number bed Overall, this property is in serious disrepair and does not meet basic expectations for cleanliness, safety, or comfort. The few bright spots included a friendly staff, large rooms, an adequate breakfast, and although there were issues, the bathrooms were somewhat updated.
