Es un hotel en un edificio antiguo, muy hermoso, solo que en época de calor es muy caluroso y no tiene aire , tiene ventiladores de techo y ventilador común pero aún así se siente el calor y bochorno! El desayuno rico pero considerar bufete tipo americano y uno que otro jamón y queso . Pero me el personal lindisimo y en general el hotel bien! Muy céntrico y súper fácil de transportarte !!

The location was fantastic, the room was fair, but...no ice, no fridge, no microwave, no way to keep any food from any meals or the store fresh purchases for later or reheat anything. The city shops basically shut down at 6pm so if you have not prepared for this it can be very frustrating when you have no way to save your food. Plan ahead and you will be fine, but as a traveler doing site seeing all day it was important to manage your food as restaurants in the area were very expensive and buying food from the store to save cost ment daily trips in the morning to the coop for food. The staff was amazing and helpful, the proximity to the train station makes daily travel very easy.

Wonderful historic hotel; however, it can be a bit noisy from the metro outside, especially with the heat and windows open (no AC/fans provided). The receptionist helped us download the free
city transportation pass we used to get to the Paul Klee Museum. A must see!! The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast service was exceptional.

Great location, minutes from the train station on foot and the transportation hub. Decent breakfast (excellent granola cereal). The staff really helped with a reservation mix-up on my part and for that, I remain grateful. They also helped when ask during check-in and at other times. We just did not like the room much, not that we spent a lot of time in it. Twin beds not adjacent, odd beams across the wall to the ceiling, odd-looking stools to sit on instead of chairs, weak water pressure in the shower, a coat rack and hangers on what looked like a pipe instead of a closet or armoire. We really liked our stay in Bern with the hotel just a passing thought.

Good location , but on a very very noisy rail / bus thoroughfare right outside window , one night at 3am grinding the rail tracks for 1 hr for maintenance, hotel said not told that was going to happen . Room very dusty , dust & fluff on floors. Can’t leave windows / doors open due to smell of cigarette smoke coming through . Stuffy at night as needed to keep doors closed as you can’t sleep with outside noise on road till late hours and trams . Pillows way to soft msg as well sleep straight on mattress.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful breakfast was fresh and had a lot of options. Location was wonderful. Close to all of the tourist spots. Listed with having “some” private parking but was informed they only have one spot. Parking in garage was very expensive. There was a smell of sewage in the shower. But they had had a plumber in that day so I assume they had an issue. But would stay again

Ein historisches und elegantes Hotel in zentraler und verkehrsgünstiger Lage (alles ist in unmittelbarer Nähe). Das Zimmer war klein, aber gemütlich, gepflegt und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Gutes Frühstück.
Vielen Dank für diese zwei Nächte in Bern. Herzliche Grüße aus Italien.

The hotel is close to train station. Its clean and decent room size. Front desk very friendly amd helpful. Malwina assisted us with our trip to the Jungfrau region. They have free breakfast too. We stayed here for 4 days. Highly recommended.
