nice location near the train station, the lake, shops and restaurants. HOWEVER, the contruction of the hotel is really sensitive to sound so I got really distracted by the neighbours rudely smashing things really loudly, and nostop since early 6-8am.

First off, you’re not greeted by anyone. You have to do self check in if you arrive “late”. It was 7 pm when we arrived. I had to ring for service because I don’t understand Swiss German and the instructions were not that clear on how to check in. Second, our toilet was leaking and there was a terrible odor in the bathroom - probably from the toilet. Third, our first night our neighbors were super loud and annoying til 3:30-4 am having sex, talking loudly, playing music etc. at 1:30 I went to the host to complain - I was the second person to complain. By 3:30 they were still loud and my friend complained - 3rd person. The only reason this hotel gets an extra star and not just a 1 star was because they eventually moved us to a different room with better conditions. I told co-host this was a health public safety hazard and recommended they fix the issue. Well it turns out, they don’t care about guest because they filled it anyways. I asked if I was going to be compensated for my first night being ruined. I felt my entire day was ruined because I needed to sleep in from lack of sleep the night before. We only had 1 full day. Co-host said they were going to talk with each other but never talked to me about it. The next day when I went to go check out, there was another person, host avoided us completely. It was so unprofessional. I recommend going somewhere else.

Unica cosa positiva era il panorama e la camera era pulita... personale praticamente inesistente e l'albergo nel complesso lasciava abbastanza desiderare....sinceramente non vale il prezzo pagato. Non era compreso nemmeno la prima colazione. Sicuramente nn ci tornerò.

Attention aux réservations de dernière minute sur Hotel.com : les tarifs peuvent doubler sans que le niveau de l’hôtel ne suive. Les sols en lino, omniprésents et assez disgracieux, donnent immédiatement une impression datée. L’odeur très forte de produits de nettoyage a été difficilement supportable pour notre famille, au point de rendre le séjour inconfortable. Dans la chambre familiale, on a à peine la place de circuler entre les lits. Ils ont réussi à caser quatre lits dans une chambre de taille presque standard, ce qui rend l’espace peu fonctionnel. À noter malgré tout un point positif : la literie est confortable, c’est le seul vrai plus constaté. L’accueil est expéditif, avec une sensation de passage au guichet d’une fête foraine plutôt que dans un hôtel. Dans ces conditions, nous ne sommes pas restés jusqu’à la deuxième nuit et avons quitté l’établissement avant la fin du séjour.

The stay was decent. However, they’ve kept rude staff both the man and the woman. I had forgotten my coat and I called the hotel after my checkout. They were very rude multiple times. Giving this hotel 2 stars just because they sent me my coat back at my address (after charging me more than the actual shipping rate).

When we checked in we had to show our passports My husband had 400 dollars in Euro folded in his passport and lefe money on the counter I immediately went to the counter and the woman said it wasnt there..workers were comimg in and out along with people checking in..I asked her tocheck the camers and she refused saying we're not like that..I saw the money on the counter while he was showing her his passport..She was very rude

フロントの女性が親切で楽しい方でした。モントルーの駅からは徒歩７～８分（高低差がありますが、エレベーターで下に降りれます）。通りを挟んですぐにレマン湖がります。部屋はレマン湖側ではなかったですが、お天気が曇りだったのでこちらでも十分でした。シャワーとトイレがオープンでドアがなかったのですが、慣れればOKです。ケトルやコーヒーセット、アイロン等ありました。ホテルからのメッセージで「the Montreux Riviera Card 」のオファーがあり、滞在中のバス（Rennaz Village～Vevey）と列車が無料、シオン城などの入場料が半額となりとても便利で良かったです。最近始まったシステムでいつまであるか分かりませんが、ぜひ使ってみて下さい。

This was a nice comfortable clean overnight stay on our way to Murren from Geneva.

This was a nice sized room with a comfy king sized bed. The building itself is historic, but the rooms are updated and modern with hard surface flooring. We were on the third floor and had a nice balcony that looked over the lake. Lots of shopping and dining options near the hotel. Easy to grab transit or Taxi/Uber as well. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Montreaux.

WOW where dol start! This hotel was such a great find. Booked a few months ago, it was the best price I could find (cheapest)l knew we would be out all day exploring, didn't want to pay a fortune for somewhere to sleep. Easy to find, short walk from Station. Pleasant lady checked us in on reception. The hotel is an old quaint, historical building which I loved. Room was on 2nd floor at the back, very clean and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable, with the bed linen being fantastic quality and the pillows were the comfiest I have put my headon for a very long time (trying to find similar to buy now) not slept so well in ages. The shower pressure was brilliant and piping hot water at all times. Due to some early starts, we only had breakfast twice out of the 5 days (breakfast available from 7am) For 11 Swiss Francs, you seriously can't complain it is continental, help yourself to as much as you want. Yes there are no meats or sliced cheese, but remember you are only paying 11 Swiss Francs. There were boiled eggs,good selection of cereals, breads, croissants and my favourite, pancakes with maple syrup. Location is right on the front, 2 minute walk to Freddy Mercury statue, 10 min to Casino and the Queen Studio Experience. Plugs in the room are of course Swiss, but my European 2 pin plug worked, also USB socket in the lamp shelf by the bed. managed to read through the negative ones, booked the cheapest price hotel but wanted the Ritz in return. 100% would stay again!
