nice location near the train station, the lake, shops and restaurants. HOWEVER, the contruction of the hotel is really sensitive to sound so I got really distracted by the neighbours rudely smashing things really loudly, and nostop since early 6-8am.

Very friendly staff. Lent us an adapter as we didn't realise Swiss plugs are different than the 2 pin Europe ones. Amazing location with beautiful views. Only stayed one night but would love to come back.

Maren was the BEST! She checked us in, was available for questions later and was handling the breakfast. She was a huge PLUS for us! Rooms were cozy and breakfast was delicious with many options. Would definitely stay there again!

Amazing place - service was brilliant, really friendly greeting and very helpful. The corridors are a little dated but redecorating is in progress. My room was great - and the view! So, so beautiful. Fantastic location and great value for money, I can't recommend highly enough.

Nice and clean but a little dated. Staff friendly. We were not informed that they were having renovation work when we booked but it was an great location.

I’ve had the best welcome at the hotel was a last-minute booking and the the receptionist and the manager gave me an upgrade of the room with a beautiful view. I will definitely visit again, thank you for making my stay so comfortable.

Hôtel très bien situé avec une chambre familiale spacieuse et une literie de qualité. La salle de bain mériterait quelques petits réaménagement (rideau de douche trop court, wc qui fuit…).
