Accueil chaleureux, Rami est super sympa et professionnel. En revanche, les chambres n’avaient pas été nettoyées et il fallait descendre chercher des serviettes propres

Hotel is new and clean. Service is poor, NO service: -into restaurant staff tell that I have to pay for omlet, that is unrespectful! -NO cleaning rooms in 3 days! At Saturday and Sunday- no cleaning room, again! I have to ask on high voice to clean my room after FORTH day! BAD MANAGER, who made this rules. He/She DO not respect tourists! -reception- polite and usefull.

The overall service had amenities were excellent. The shuttle driver named Abdel was incredibly helpful and offered an exceptional service.

Room and staff without fault!👌

The room was fine, basic room, no fridge and one roll of tissue paper for 3 nights. Apart from that, it was a beautiful hotel, staff were great, airport shuttle was really good to and fro hotel. Transportation was really good as you can easily commute to the city center from the hotel. Several stops around the hotel. Overall, it was a good experience.

Staff was uber-friendly. Facility immaculate. Breakfast consistently excellent.

The airport shuttle tricky you need to book in advance , it is not like the other airport hotels I paid 25 chf taxi fee

Train super close to the hotel goes every 30 minutes or sometimes 15 min to center. Very clean, new and convenient hotel.

I didn’t show up due to visa rejection , I called the hotel a night before for cancellation and he told me to call the next morning, for me to wake up and see deducted . I called the hotel for explanation yet they didn’t refund the money back to me indicating it’s the hotel policy and they won’t and can’t refund . Yet my reason of no show is visa rejection .

La salle de sport et le spa ne sont pas inclus dans l’hôtel, il s’agit d’une collaboration entre l’hôtel et une salle de sport mais celle-ci est indépendante à l’hôtel. Chambre, confortable, hôtel, non bruyant. Parfait pour voyage d’affaires.

Hotel easily reachable from airport, very convenient shuttle that runs every 30 minutes to/from airport, conveniently located by a train station that takes you to Geneva downtown in a few minutes. There is the option of taking buses to other zones too with bus stops close by the hotel. Area doesn't have many options to do anything. The room was comfortable, although I would have liked to have a fridge. The staff was very nice and helpful. I thought the hotel had a gym of its own. The gym that is in the hotel is run by a third party and you need to pay separately to use it.

Our two days stay in Mercure hotel was just perfect. The place is super clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. The design is really great, makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. You get the ticket for all kind of transportation from the reception desk. It takes 10min to Geneva center by train which is 30 seconds from the lobby. There is a good restaurant with a seasonal menu in the hotel.

This Hotel is no where near Geneva Airport it is amongst an industrial area soo nothing around backing on to train station only option is to eat at hotel which was expensive apart from that the hotel and rooms were lovely
