We had a pleasant stay at the Hey Hotel. The staff were welcoming and very helpful (especially PASCHAL, Andrew and Olivier). the room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is adding better lighting in the loft area. Overall, a great experience and we would stay there again.

At first, I thought we were at the wrong place! It doesn’t look like the typical hotel that we know and the building is old. We were welcomed with a vintage elevator. Our kids were scared to get in but honestly, it was a different but kinda fun experience. When we arrived their lobby was a mess! There were boxes everywhere. The lady receptionist was very nice and accommodating. Since we arrived a little early, she let us store our luggage so we can explore while waiting for our room to be ready. After few hours, we went back to check in, and wow! What a surprise! It’s like a different hotel. It was organized and clean! When we got our keys and enter our room,

訂房前沒有認真看評價 看過評價決對不會訂這裡 飯店有分本館跟分館 分館感覺很差 ㄧ出電梯走廊是全暗的 要人走過才有燈亮 明明沒有滿房卻給我們最盡頭的邊間 ㄧ打開門ㄧ股潮濕霉味撲鼻 房間設備很老舊 像一般老舊的宿舍地毯很髒 被子裡面那件也很髒
蓋了渾身發癢 浴室很小又很老舊 浴室地墊整天都不會乾 為了不想在房間太久 都到很晚才回飯店 櫃檯也是一板一眼沒什麼笑容 茵特拉根的房價都不便宜 但只要求乾淨舒服這最基本的要求都作不到 讓整趟瑞士旅行留下小小的不完美

The Guesthouse lacks the amenities of the main hotel. Our room lacked a coffee maker and or tea kettle, leaving us unable to make coffee. The hotel provided a small coffee urn, but it was empty by 8:30 AM and not refilled. The bed was uncomfortable, with only one small pillow per guest. Additionally, there was no air conditioning, and leaving the windows open made the room noisy and lacked privacy due to the rooms directly across the narrow street. Overall, I would not recommend this place and would not pay the price for a 4-star hotel when it is more akin to a 2-star establishment.

The property has no air conditioning and therefore unpleasant on the 30 plus degree days. Walk in bath / shower was slippery and unsafe. Suggest anyone over 60 avoid the place. No love in this place by management.

We stayed at the Hey Hotel in Interlaken in mid-August and booked three quadruple rooms for our family. The location is excellent, right in the heart of town, and the service was very good—staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
However, the rooms were extremely hot during the summer. While fans were provided, they weren’t sufficient to make the rooms comfortable, and the lack of a fridge or cooler made it even more challenging, especially for a family. Despite the great service, the heat made our stay difficult. We would not recommend this hotel during the summer months.
I do not recommend this place and will not book it unless there is AC in the room.

部屋には空調は無く、壊れた扇風機があるだけでした。
また、冷蔵庫も湯沸かしポットもなく、とても不便を強いられました。テレビはNetflixやYoutubeに対応しておらず通常のテレビ放送しか見ることができませんでした。ドイツ語ができない我々は退屈に部屋で過ごしました。
また二人部屋なのに椅子が一つしかなくとても不便でした。

This property is all about their location close to train, stores and places to eat.. Nice facilities overall but the value is kind of poor for the high cost. If we were to do it again we would stay in another smaller town nearby.

We stayed here for 2 nights in the height of August - 3 of us in a family room (2 single beds downstairs and 2 on an upstairs mezzanine). There is no air conditioning but there were 2 fans, which were adequate. The room is very clean and very convenient for walking to the bus stop (which is free with a card from the accommodation) and only 10 mins walk from the railway station. Not a cheap place to stay - but nowhere is in Interlaken. Breakfast costs 25 Swiss Francs per person (which we did not try). Beds were very comfortable. Internet access was good (and free). Staff were very helpful, lending us an electric adaptor as our normal European one didnt match Swiss sockets. It would be good if a kettle was provided in the room. Overall we'd recommend this place to stay.

We understood the main differences between the guest house and the hotel before we went. Guest house doesn’t have hvac and room food get warm and humid without window open. We didn’t get bugs in the room though.
The 4 bedroom apartment was adequate for us but being top level with upper beds where there was a slanted ceiling led to bumping heads a few times. Good for small children but not adults. However stairs were very narrow.
Ideal a good stay and very conveniently located with lots of options all around.

At first, I thought we were at the wrong place! It doesn’t look like the typical hotel that we know and the building is old. We were welcomed with a vintage elevator. Our kids were scared to get in but honestly, it was a different but kinda fun experience. When we arrived their lobby was a mess! There were boxes everywhere. The lady receptionist was very nice and accommodating. Since we arrived a little early, she let us store our luggage so we can explore while waiting for our room to be ready. After few hours, we went back to check in, and wow! What a surprise! It’s like a different hotel. It was organized and clean! When we got our keys and enter our room,

The Guesthouse lacks the amenities of the main hotel. Our room lacked a coffee maker and or tea kettle, leaving us unable to make coffee. The hotel provided a small coffee urn, but it was empty by 8:30 AM and not refilled. The bed was uncomfortable, with only one small pillow per guest. Additionally, there was no air conditioning, and leaving the windows open made the room noisy and lacked privacy due to the rooms directly across the narrow street. Overall, I would not recommend this place and would not pay the price for a 4-star hotel when it is more akin to a 2-star establishment.

The property has no air conditioning and therefore unpleasant on the 30 plus degree days. Walk in bath / shower was slippery and unsafe. Suggest anyone over 60 avoid the place. No love in this place by management.

We stayed at the Hey Hotel in Interlaken in mid-August and booked three quadruple rooms for our family. The location is excellent, right in the heart of town, and the service was very good—staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
However, the rooms were extremely hot during the summer. While fans were provided, they weren’t sufficient to make the rooms comfortable, and the lack of a fridge or cooler made it even more challenging, especially for a family. Despite the great service, the heat made our stay difficult. We would not recommend this hotel during the summer months.
I do not recommend this place and will not book it unless there is AC in the room.

部屋には空調は無く、壊れた扇風機があるだけでした。
また、冷蔵庫も湯沸かしポットもなく、とても不便を強いられました。テレビはNetflixやYoutubeに対応しておらず通常のテレビ放送しか見ることができませんでした。ドイツ語ができない我々は退屈に部屋で過ごしました。
また二人部屋なのに椅子が一つしかなくとても不便でした。

This property is all about their location close to train, stores and places to eat.. Nice facilities overall but the value is kind of poor for the high cost. If we were to do it again we would stay in another smaller town nearby.

We stayed here for 2 nights in the height of August - 3 of us in a family room (2 single beds downstairs and 2 on an upstairs mezzanine). There is no air conditioning but there were 2 fans, which were adequate. The room is very clean and very convenient for walking to the bus stop (which is free with a card from the accommodation) and only 10 mins walk from the railway station. Not a cheap place to stay - but nowhere is in Interlaken. Breakfast costs 25 Swiss Francs per person (which we did not try). Beds were very comfortable. Internet access was good (and free). Staff were very helpful, lending us an electric adaptor as our normal European one didnt match Swiss sockets. It would be good if a kettle was provided in the room. Overall we'd recommend this place to stay.

We understood the main differences between the guest house and the hotel before we went. Guest house doesn’t have hvac and room food get warm and humid without window open. We didn’t get bugs in the room though.
The 4 bedroom apartment was adequate for us but being top level with upper beds where there was a slanted ceiling led to bumping heads a few times. Good for small children but not adults. However stairs were very narrow.
Ideal a good stay and very conveniently located with lots of options all around.
