We had an excellent stay here on our first ever trip to Tainan. The hotel is very centrally located, the room was clean, comfortable with standard amenities. The staff were very helpful, professional, and welcoming. We would absolutely recommend staying here to our family and friends. Thank you City Place Hotel team!

客室は清潔でした。スタッフの対応も良かった。

出張利用です。 エアコンはsplit typeで快適。 スタッフさんもみなさん親切。 利便性もよく、台南に来たら必ずここ。

自転車を無料で貸し出してくれます。徒歩で時間がかかる所も、自転車の利用で、行動範囲も広がりました。

日本語を話せるスタッフがいたので、何かと便利だった 部屋はエアコンが臭く、狭かったのでスーツケースを広げるのは少し苦労した。 立地は駅から離れてはいるが、観光するなら意外とよかった。

除冷氣運轉中有點異音，其他都不錯

Ich habe für unsere Familie drei Betten gebucht – für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind. Das Hotel hat uns jedoch nur ein Doppelzimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Auf meine Beschwerde an der Rezeption wurde unfreundlich reagiert, mit der Aussage, dass keine weiteren Zimmer verfügbar seien und man nichts tun könne. Es gab keine vorherige Information darüber und keinerlei Entschuldigung. Dieses Verhalten ist inakzeptabel und enttäuschend.

The staff were very polite and friendly. The hotel has a very nice dining area for guests to use. Complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate are available. When the room is cleaned, staff provide bottled water and a small snack, which is a nice touch. We were not disturbed by traffic.sound in the room, which is a huge plus. Our room had a large shower and bathroom area

2度目の宿泊ですが、相変わらずスタッフの対応が気持ちいい。

We appreciated the convenient location and friendly staff during our stay. The room was generally clean and comfortable. However, we encountered some issues with the plumbing — the sink and shower drains were clogged, causing water to overflow when washing hands or showering, which was quite unpleasant. Additionally, there was a strong smell of cleaning products inside the room and a strange odor in the hallway outside. We hope the hotel can improve maintenance of the plumbing and ventilation to enhance the overall guest experience.

整體不錯 廁所的垃圾桶太小了

立地がとても良く、部屋もコンパクトながら清潔で使いやすく、スタッフの皆さんも親切で感じ良いです。ロビー奥の部屋もとても便利でした。快適な滞在になり満足しています。ありがとうございました。次に台南を訪れる際にもまた利用したいです。

チェックインした部屋に不備がありましたが、すぐに対応していただき問題ありませんでした。窓なしの部屋に泊まるのが初めてで圧迫感が心配でしたが、朝ゆっくり寝るにはかえって良かったかもしれません。実際は浴室に小さな窓がありました。スタッフには日本語堪能なかたもおられ、みなさんフレンドリーに接してもらい良い思い出になりました。徒歩圏内に地元の食堂が点在しているので、毎日どれを食べようかと迷うほどです。また利用したいと思います。

台南熱鬧地區，住宿遇上颱風，窗台漏水，經反映後有拿來毛巾止水。另外建議設自助洗衣機，否則要走一段路
