十分方便，一間十分友善的親子酒店。

Good

I love how the hotel provided free snacks and drinks 24 hr a day. Also it is within walkable distance to all the local eateries. If you are like me, first time visiting Taipei and you do not have a specific place to go to, this hotel is perfectly located to intro to all the locals foods. Hotel room was clean ( a bit small from an American standpoint) but workable lol.. thank you hotel Roaster for being our home away from home. Until next time 😁🙂

整體不錯，清潔方便，大堂還有零食可取。只是房間水壓低，隔音差。

帶小孩的家長,選擇這家飯店是非常正確。於4樓酒店大堂佈置得像個樂園,旁邊已有一個小型小孩遊戲活動室,小孩每天都嚷著要玩。配置了熱水機彷彿是聽見家長的心聲,不是每個地方都輕易找到熱水。飯店位置一流,去哪裡都十分方便,只需步行5-10分鐘(可經地下街)便到達捷運(兩條線喔)。酒店職員態度十分良好,親切,積極幫忙。房間雖,不算大,但十分整潔。唯一要挑剔的是隔音 - 1) 由於飯店旁是消防局,晚上休息時會不時聽到消防的鳴笛 2) 晚上休息時,如果鄰房較嘈吵,會聽到,例如小孩洗澡時在高歌。不算十分嚴重,但如果飯店能想辦法改善隔音,那便會是完美了。

The good of it was that there were playrooms. But these are only available during limited hours, such as 10.30am and later. Are my kids the only weird ones getting up around 6am? It didn't make sense why they couldn't open it earlier. The other super negative thing is their cleaning policy. Apparently during covid, they started only cleaning upon request. This must have been profitable, as they now require you to fill in a card each morning to tell them you would like to have your room cleaned. Each morning. One morning we went down and asked, and they were apologized, saying the cleaning staff were fully booked. Say what??? We are paying hotel prices for a shoebox, and won't get room cleaning? Also, we had requested this at 6.30am so it didn't make sense that the schedule was full. After getting visibly and loudly upset, they agreed to clean our rooms each day. But this left a very bad taste in our mouths. Finally, the rooms are TINY. They do not usually come with a bathtub. They also smell vaguely like mildew. And you cannot cancel your remaining nights. Despite that, we suffered the loss and went to another, better hotel.

Convenience stores and Food options were conveniently located around the property. The lift service is terribly slow for the higher floors, especially in the mornings. The building is a combination of workspaces at the mid-levels and rooms at the higher levels, and only 2 lifts serve for the high floors. During the morning hours where both working people are trying to get in and people from the hotel are trying to get out (between 8 to 9 plus), it is virtually impossible to get a lift within 15 minutes. Also, different floors are not accessible with different level key cards except for 1 lift if family members are assigned rooms at different floors, it can get annoying to get to each other's rooms for whatever reason.

立地や、清潔さ、サービスなどはとてもよかったが、ビジネスホテルみたいで、コスパがよくない気がした。

Although the rooms are not too big and look like a usual hotel, I had a great experience. Pros: Rooms are clean , in close proximity to the Taipei Main Station, just across from it , big shower , luxurious feel, reception staff speaking English Cons: Small rooms, sink not located in the bathroom but outside of it , they don't come to clean the room or provide new towels unless requested , only two elevators going up to the higher floors , longer wait for the elevators Overall, it was a great experience, I'd stay here again if I visit Taipei. The hotel is the building where you can also see the Worktel sign, it's lighted in blue at night. You enter the door and then you have to go to the 4th floor for the reception. It's right across from the bus station , near the post office.

Recommend due to the reasonable price range and very convenient location. From Airport to the hotel is just less than 45 minutes by a single journey.

The location is quite good.

台北駅の地下から上がって10秒でアクセスいいが、1番近くの地下出入口は大回りしないとたどり着けない。大回りしない出入口なら徒歩3分。

테이블이 없는게 아쉬웠어요

飯店地點很棒！地下街Z8出口上來直達（無手扶梯）Lobby很美，櫃檯人員應對態度良好 房間內部清潔度沒問題，但設備簡單到我覺得沒有四星的水準，比較像商務旅館（個人觀感），雙人房椅子只有一張覺得很不方便。 有關客房清潔，不知道是不是我們只住一晚的關係，如果需要打掃需要自己跟櫃檯說，這點我也覺得有點麻煩 另外，雖然因為環保署規定的關係不能主動在房內提供部分一次性衛生用品，但既然是四星級的飯店，我還是建議能夠提供免費索取。（我是有自備）

Relatively new hotel in an excellent location with only a five minute walk to the Taipei main station. The perks of free snacks and water bottles in the lobby at any time was great. Also happy hour from 2 to 4 PM with extra free snacks was great but we only used it once. Room was nice and clean, though was cramped for a family of four and no hooks for hand towels or closet for clothes. Bed was a little hard. Bathroom was really nice with a bidet and plenty of counterspace. Hotel staff were great. Would definitely stay here again

I had a very very very bad experience during my stay in this hotel. As a frequent traveler, I have visited 50+ cities. This hotel staff is the worst and rudest I have ever met! One of the receptionist Mr.Ray Hsieh shouted and yelled at me because I couldnt hear his colleague clearly. I asked for apologies and he refused and even humiliateed me. I am a Cantonese speaker and also do speak English and Mandarin. Mr. Ray Hsieh is a local Taiwanese who speaks Mandarin. During the conversation, I used Mandarin to communicate. When he got mad, he asked me to speak English to him?!?! I think he mistakenly thought that I don't know English and thought that he is superior because he speaks basic English?! Anyway, it was definitely a bad experience. They have kids-friendly facilities but zero kids and family friendly staff. They are really rude and uneducated.

位置：在地下街出口隔離，步行方便。 清潔：旅館採用環保措施，不提供免費一次性梳洗用品，如要清潔房間需預約，更換毛巾亦需致電前枱，不過職員效率幾好。 環境：房間空間感足夠，如天氣好可望到遠景，大堂提供免費小食，亦有兒童遊憩地方。 總結：整體住宿滿意

鄰近台北車站，房間乾淨，性價比高。唯獨浴室水壓太低，沖涼不太爽利。
