Decent hotel close to Taipei Main Station. Check-in and check-out were fast and efficient, and the staff and service during our stay was excellent; friendly, helpful and professional. The room was comfortable and clean, with a good bed, good shower, robot toilet, slippers and toiletries, although there was a musty smell in the room. Complimentary snacks and drinks (including ice cream) in the communal area were a nice touch, and the hotel stored our luggage after check-out before our train. Noise was the main downside, especially on the first night (Saturday), with a lot of sound from the hallway and nearby rooms. It was slightly quieter on Sunday. The AC unit in the room was also very noisy when switched on. Overall, good value for money, but due to the noise issues we probably wouldn’t stay again.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel VIA Taipei Main Station. The location is unbeatable—right next to Taipei Main Station and just a short walk to the lively Ximending shopping district, making it incredibly easy to explore the city’s best food, shops, and entertainment. The room was modern, spotless, and surprisingly quiet, with a comfortable bed and thoughtful amenities. Staff were warm, helpful, and truly made me feel welcome from check-in to checkout. If you want convenience, comfort, and great value in the heart of Taipei, Hotel VIA Taipei Main Station is an excellent choice. I’d definitely stay here again!

The air conditioning was functional. The room was cleaned frequently as requested. The choice of the hotel is mostly based on convenience due to its proximity to Taipei Main Station and other popular places to eat in the area.

Located on a main street so it was very convenient but yet the room was very quiet. Walking distance to 3 mrt stations including Taipei main station. Great local food locations around the hotel within walking distance. Staff were friendly.

Highly recommend. Walking distance to Taipei Main station direct to Taipei Taoyuan airport. Walking distance to Xi Men Ding. And the lounge area includes all the snacks, ice cream, coffee, tea, drinks, desserts and noodles you can eat any time. Not to mention the additional amenities if required. Did I mention how spacious our room was! Modern and clean. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Air conditioning cannot get cooler

Ok location. Thought the room was newer and bigger. There's mold on corners of the walls and in the shower room. They have free laundry on the 8th floor and there's free snacks available on the ground floor

Clean and good location

Staff was polite and approachable. Room was cleaned every day. Clean towels were replaced daily and towels were clean and white. Snacks were provided downstairs free of charge - 24 hours. It would have been great if the access to Netflix was made easier. The software on the tv needs to be upgraded.

Good central location to see Taipei.

通り沿いの玄関は狭いので，ホテルを見つけるのに苦労しましたが，入ってみると思った以上に豪華で，部屋もとてもきれいで大変満足でした。スタッフの対応もよく，フリーで飲食できるものが豊富にあり，それを利用する空間も心地よい設定にされていました。

This hotel is just 1 block from metro NTU hospital stop on the red line. One stop from Taipei main. This makes it the perfect place to go anywhere is Taiwan. The snack area was great...especially our arrival night when we were too exhausted to go out again. We stayed in 2A had a huge room and large window. Quiet, good AC, very comfy bed and excellent shower pressure. Yes, there are minor issues addressed in other reviews but we would definitely recommend this hotel. Stayed 4 nights

スタッフの方は親切で、部屋も広く過ごしやすかったです。日本語を話せる方もおり、次回も宿泊したいと思いました。

駅もバス停も近い。ラウンジでお水その他をいただけるのがありがたい。また泊まります。

The hotel is cleaned, the front desk employees are really helpful 👍

Friendly staff, nice snack bar/ ice cream and water bottles provided! Laundry with detergent was a plus! A bit of mold in the bathroom, but otherwise very wonderful stay!
