スタッフさん達はみんなフレンドリーで親切。感じが良くて安心して滞在できました。 ホテルが写真で見たよりも古くて、窓のない部屋だったから陰気臭かった。便器の汚れもかなり気になった。 トコジラミや虫、排水の問題はなし。 換気扇のスイッチが元から外れていたのがビビった。 女1人旅で1階の共用スペース真横の部屋に通されたのが防犯上嫌だったかな。 共用スペースでは無料のスナックや水、ドリンク、カップ麺があって嬉しかったけど、いかんせん部屋の清潔さがなかったので再訪はないホテル。

台湾旅行の1泊目に宿泊しました。スタッフは親切でソフトクリームやお菓子、カップ麺が無料で食べられます。部屋に窓はありませんでした。お風呂にリンスがないので自分で持ってきた方が良いと思います。使い捨てスリッパはありました。立地も悪くなくおすすめできるホテルです！また機会があれば泊まりたいです。

Friendly staff, clean room, love the snack bar, location is convenient

Easy walk from Taipei main station to the hotel and surrounding area for restaurants and shopping. Family friendly as well. Recommended the double bed room. Would stay again.

Safe, simple, clean hotel walking distance from Taipei main Station. Free laundry and free snacks in the lobby.

First of all, the staffs are amazing! They’re super welcoming and friendly. The location is close to a few MRT stations and 10-15 minutes walk from ximending. If you walk toward the Taipei main station area, you’ll find more shopping area. There’s a nearby park, and few amazing breakfast spots that’s open pretty early. Most stores around the area don’t open until 11am, so just be aware of that. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom is clean. They provide snacks, coffee and water bottles by the lobby. There’s always a washer and dryer so you can wash your clothes if you need to. There’s a family mart, 7-11 and Watson nearby, so very convenient if you need a pick me up as well.

Amazing customer service. We had a last second canceled flight that caused us to be 2 days late for stay and arrive super early morning. Hotel provided us a discount even though we canceled a night stay the day of. Staff was waiting for us morning we arrived with check-in details prepared in advance. Such a relief after disappointing flight headaches. Walking distance to train stations, and night market. Snack area was amazing for recovering from jet lag. Exceptional stay.

朝食がないかわりに、24時間使えるバーがあった。軽食、カップ麺、お菓子や、飲むお酢、ヨーグルト、取り放題のお水があった。とてもおいしいソフトクリームまであった。ランドリーも無料でつかえた。洗剤も置いてあった。洗濯機と乾燥機、1台ずつあった。施設はきれいで洗練されていた。スタッフは有能で親切だった。

창문이 없는데도 딱히 불편함 없이 잘 지냈어요~

Very good option for convenience to Taipei Main station before we departed Taiwan. Don’t usually love staying in the middle of hectic Ximending, but did find a quiet restaurant right nearby to eat with mom before we left! Lots of free snacks in lobby cafe. Staff very accommodating. Staff speaks English for most part. Laundry available but often busy.

VIA HOTEL TAIPEI STATION was within walking distance of Taipei Main Station which is along the airport Purple (A1) line, city lines Red (R10) and Blue (BL11). In another direction is another station Ximen (G12) along the Green line and also part of the tourist spot Ximending. Around the property, Family Mart and 7-eleven convenience stores are aplenty. After a long day of walking, foot massage spots are also found along the streets nearby. For the property itself, staff were attentive and friendly. We reached earlier than check-in time on a rainy and windy morning. We were so thankful we could be checked-in early since rooms were available. Rooms have option of windows or without - which to me was not of a concern. Shower is spacious and clean with even rain shower option. We were greeted with a toilet that has warming seat functions and a bidet, score! The facilities of the hotel include a few self-service areas including free to take travel items (cotton buds, hair ties, pads etc) as well as a dining pantry space. At the free-seating pantry, the cold bottled water and water dispensers (with ice, warm and hot functions) were fuss free and so useful. The small bites available were biscuits, instant noodles and even an ice cream dispenser was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again as it was a recommendation by my brother and his friends who stayed here the year prior.

房間比想像中大且整齊，還有腰部按摩機。沒有早餐但有零食吧。以後還會入住!

スタッフ皆さん親切でとても良かった。 シャワールームのカビが少し気になったけど、それ以外のサービスが完璧なので問題ないです。 また台北に来たらここに泊まりたいと思います。

全く問題ない　これから定宿にしたい

VIA Taipei Station Hotel is my choice of hotel each time I visit Taiwan. I have stayed in this hotel more than 6 times. In my recent stay (11 to 18 Feb, 2025), something did not changed. All the staff including counter staff, room cleaners and general cleaners are all very friendly, helpful and is always ready to attend to queries and needs. Counter staff Elsa, Yvonne, Tiffany including branch manager, Eddie are always ready to help with anything a guest may need. Airport transfer by taxi is a breeze as the counter staff make all the necessary arrangement. The price is indeed cheaper going through VIA Hotel. A special thanks go to Elsa who went the extra mile to help me. It was a Sunday morning and I was feeling very unwell so I approach Elsa to locate a medical clinic. She did some search and inform me that most clinics are closed on Sunday and suggested that I go to hospital for treatment. However, I was reluctant to go to the hospital because I know the wait is long. Thereafter, I went out to buy food and when I return to the hotel shortly, Elsa said she found a clinic that opens from 1830 hrs to 2030 hrs and gave me the address. When I came down in the evening wanting to go to the clinic, Elsa volunteered to help me flag a taxi and told me to wait in the lobby as it is cold outside. She even tell me to get the clinic staff to help me get a taxi after consultation as it may be difficult to hail a taxi. A BIG thanks to Elsa for your help.

Front staff are very friendly and helpful- beyond expectations!! Snack area with comfortable chairs to sit with various snacks and drink for guests to relax and enjoy - very generous! For us having a family reunion trip and also have friends staying at the same hotel, it’s wonderful for us to meet and chat at different times. The front staff also helped us with transportation to go to the Keelung Port and made sure everything was well taken care of!! Thank you with much appreciation!! Location is very central - walking distance to the Taipei Main Station!
