A nice little hotel that's within walking distance to shopping, eateries and such. The room was comfortable and cool. The staff were nice and courteous.

Everything a room should have at an excellent price, even English books to read and swap. Good breakfast. Near night market. Right opposite is a little restaurant, fish and chips are excellent @ 100 baht.

Wow! It's really nice that the hotel is on Kampaengdin Rd. (the name of road means soil wall set in the opposite of this hotel for dividing district for many hundred years) that's near Tha pae night market, Chiang Mai moat (inner city), Night Bazaar and Warorot market. I booked standard room and feel that this is worthy for money. The room is so classic with Thai lanna (Northern style) and contemporary. The bathroom is great function and great design. Though the hotel is so small, there are many good things here. I ecommend!!

This is a budget friendly hotel. Cockroaches are common in Thailand and during my 14 day stay I killed 6 in my room. They would “make up” the room but didn’t change my sheets the entire time I was there. I had a tattoo on day one down my spine. That night it bled a little and I asked for room to be cleaned but they didn’t change sheets. Most staff is friendly but not overly helpful. Breakfast was very basic. I suggest spending the same amount of money and walking to a local cafe. The pool is exposed to sun but the chairs are not so you cannot enjoy the sun outside of the water. Of people are talking or fighting in the hallways you will hear it in your room! My biggest complaint was the bed. It was literally a queen box spring with a 2 inch pad on top of the box springs. It was not comfy at all. If you’re looking for cheap this is an ok place. If you’re looking for quality and comfort I would not recommend this hotel.

I really enjoyed the location and the staff at this hotel. You’re always greeted by the front desk employees with a smile. The breakfast was very good, hot & fresh, The rooms were well equipped with comfortable bedding. Will be my new go to hotel when in Chiang Mai!

Everything a room should have at an excellent price, even English books to read and swap. Good breakfast. Near night market. Right opposite is a little restaurant, fish and chips are excellent @ 100 baht.

I had a very early morning check in. When wanting nothing more than a little sleep after long travels; the sheets in the room had not been changed in some time… they were dirty and pilled. The pool appears quite large in the photos online but is very tiny approx 15’x10’ and mostly indoors. Amenities nearby are fantastic with good food, easy walks, good taxi service & fun tours.

The room was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful. Any request, they're willing to help. I stayed here to relax in Chiang mai for 2 nights after staying in dorms a lot and I enjoyed it immensely. It was very quiet and the pool area is small but nice. The common area/breakfast area was also a nice place to relax away from my room. A night market is just a short walk away with lots of food options and many other shopping possibilities. Chinatown is also close by. It's also just a quick scooter ride away front the old town. The breakfast was delicious. There's a bit of everything. I enjoyed my stay here a lot and would come again for a relaxing quiet stay.

Room was ok. Although was greeted by a cockroach in the bathroom upon arrival but it’s quite normal. Aircon needed to be cleaned, full of dust and very slow. Bed was okay, pillows too. Staff - well, the reception wasn’t very helpful and always seemed more interested in the computer than the guests. Breakfast was very poor, so we went next door and across the street but really wasn’t good anywhere. Breakfast really wasn’t available anywhere that we thought was good.

Second time here in a week. Loved it again. It puts you in a great mood. Zen like. It’s a vibe at this hotel. The entire staff is great. Especially the cook and workers at the breakfast. 3 different style eggs, all delicious. On this trip, we made our way to Loh Kroh Road to check out the Muay Thai Stadium, beautiful temple , Tai Phae Gate & even found a sports bar to watch American Football. All of that a 5-10 minute walk only. Pool was great again, got my daily laps in. Another great stay here !

This is a great hotel in Chiang Mai. Been to this city many times , first time at this hotel. From the service to the cleanliness to the food and everything else, we loved our stay here. Rooms are spacious and well kept. I loved the bed and rain shower. The pool is very clean and really refreshing for a nice dip or even laps to keep your cardiovascular levels up. The breakfast is very good. I especially love the eggs. Stayed here only 2 nights and it was a bit different each day. The coffee machine pumps out incredible coffee. My favorite was the Mocha. If you don’t have breakfast included with your package, I still recommend purchasing it while there. The area to sit to eat is beautiful. All the front desk staff is wonderful. Good English speaking staff, very friendly & knowledgeable about the area. Location is very good , can walk to the main drag where there’s a lot of markets and even a Big C. Housekeeping and food staff also very efficient and nice. Next time in Chiang Mai, we’re coming back here. I highly recommend this hotel. It was also very quiet at night so we slept good and felt very relaxed throughout our stay.

Wow! It's really nice that the hotel is on Kampaengdin Rd. (the name of road means soil wall set in the opposite of this hotel for dividing district for many hundred years) that's near Tha pae night market, Chiang Mai moat (inner city), Night Bazaar and Warorot market. I booked standard room and feel that this is worthy for money. The room is so classic with Thai lanna (Northern style) and contemporary. The bathroom is great function and great design. Though the hotel is so small, there are many good things here. I ecommend!!

This is a budget friendly hotel. Cockroaches are common in Thailand and during my 14 day stay I killed 6 in my room. They would “make up” the room but didn’t change my sheets the entire time I was there. I had a tattoo on day one down my spine. That night it bled a little and I asked for room to be cleaned but they didn’t change sheets. Most staff is friendly but not overly helpful. Breakfast was very basic. I suggest spending the same amount of money and walking to a local cafe. The pool is exposed to sun but the chairs are not so you cannot enjoy the sun outside of the water. Of people are talking or fighting in the hallways you will hear it in your room! My biggest complaint was the bed. It was literally a queen box spring with a 2 inch pad on top of the box springs. It was not comfy at all. If you’re looking for cheap this is an ok place. If you’re looking for quality and comfort I would not recommend this hotel.
