เป็นโรงแรมที่มีหลายหลากของประเภทห้อง เลือกได้ตามกำลังเงิน แต่เหมาะสมกับราคา มีความสะดวกสบายต่างกัน

จองห้องไว้กับ Peach hill แต่พนักงานบอกว่าอัพเกรดให้ไปพักที่ Peach Blossom ซึ่งห้องพักที่ได้นั้นไม่ดีเลย แอร์ไม่เย็น ไม่มีวิวที่สวยงาม (จองวิวทะเลไว้ที่ Peach hill) ม่านบังตาข้างอ่างอาบน้ำปิดสนิทข้างเดียวทำให้ข้างนอกมองเห็นเวลาอาบน้ำเลยต้องใช้ผ้าขนหนูมาปิด รู้สึกผิดหวังเล็กน้อยเพราะไม่รู้ว่านี่คือการอัพเกรดให้จริงหรือเปล่า พนักงานหน้าฟร้อนท์ของ Peach Blossom ทำอะไรช้ามาก เช็คอินเลท ทำให้โปรแกรมเที่ยวรวนไปหมด

ห้องพักสะอาด กว้างขวาง แต่พนักงานที่ให้บริการค่อนข้างแย่ พูดจาและแสดงสีหน้ากับลูกค้า รู้สึกถูกแบ่งแยกการบริการสำหรับคนไทยและต่างชาติ โดยส่วนตัวค่อนข้างประทับใจกับสภาพโรงแรมและห้องพัก แต่ไม่ประทับใจพนักงานของโรงแรมอย่างมาก เหมือนจะไม่ต้อนรับแขกชาวไทยสักเท่าไหร่ คิดว่าคงไม่ได้ไปใช้บริการที่โรงแรมนี้อีก ต่อให้ห้องพักสวยและดีแค่ไหน การได้รับการบริหารที่ดีก็เป็นเรื่องสำคัญ ไม่ต้องดูแลกันเยี่ยงเทวดา แต่อย่าแสดงกริยาเหมือนเราเป็นขอทานก็พอ ต่อให้แขกที่มาพักจะไม่ใช่ไฮโซผู้ดีจ๋า แต่เค้าก็ยอมจ่ายเงินมาพักที่โรงแรมของคุณ ซึ่งมันอาจจะเป็นเงินเก็บก้อนแรกของเค้าสำหรับการพักผ่อนครั้งแรก แต่หากต้องได้รับการดูถูกจ่กพนักงานโรงแรมที่เค้าจ่ายเงินเข้ามาพัก ซึ่งก็ไม่ใช่หลักร้อย แต่คุณทำเหมือนเขามาขอพักฟรีๆ แบบนี้มันทำให้ประสบการณ์การพักผ่อนที่เค้าตั้งใจมา มันแย่มาก

Very nice place, it doesn’t take more than a day to feel home. All employees are very careful, professional and friendly. Special thanks to FOH you guys are rock!

I've stayed here many times before and its always been excellent. This time i booked a villa but there was construction so it wasnt available. They moved us to a different sister- hotel near by to a room that was quite nice, but not the villa i booked. It was a good compromise, and I dont like to complain, but i was really looking forward to that villa.

Steep hill to property not mentioned in property discription

The entrance and pool area looks good. The breakfast is set up everyday but the food is open and there eere flies and nets all over the food ...i couldn't eat anything. There is no elevator pass the 2nd floor terrible experience with climbing the stairs. The hotel is on a big steep hills just terrible for people with limitations or the elderly. I would not book with this hotel oh and keep your deposit receipt to get your 100 returned. I almost lost my money even though they kept account of me paying them.

We were in the lower building which was still under construction. The room itself was nice, but the elevator rarely worked and the stairs were a construction site. During room cleaning, the halls was filled with dirty towels and sheets. You had to step around piles of dirty laundry to reach your room. View of construction sight and some noise from construction as well.

Behov av upprustning av hotellet. Slitet poolområde, trasiga solstolar. Dåliga sängar, slitet intryck. Frukosten va dålig, samma urval och smaklöst.

The resort was walking distance to Kata Beach

Yes it’s up a hill. But you’re only walking up it once or twice a day. There is another way up, longer but not as steep. Via the sister hotel. Hotel itself- brilliant. Has everything you and what it doesn’t have is made by the staff. Yes it’s very quiet, beds super comfortable, air conditioning great. There was two staff in the restaurant but I didn’t get there names. The gentleman staff began with a P. He was so helpful. The staff are always so happy, and they remember you and what you order. Perfect location. Not too close and not too far. Perfect for Kata, Karon and Patong beach.

Didn’t like that it was uphill and quite difficult to walk to.

På detta hotell har jag bott flera gånger. Älskar det. Fin omgivning och bra personal. Valde faktiskt att förlänga vistelsen här med 3 nätter, så är bid skrivandets stund fortfarande kvar.

Resort is nice, 3 pools was a bonus. It is set on a hill but that wasn’t an issue. AC was super strong and room was cleaned everyday. Very central and definitely would go back and stay. It was a cheap place to stay for $50pn and rooms were very spacious.

Peach Hill and its adjacent sister property (you can use either restaurant or pools and corresponding short walk access to Kata Beach and Karon Beach). For busy west coastal Phuket, both of these beaches are bit less busy (especially Kata), but give you short taxi access to Phuket City (and it’s ocean activities) or busy/popular Patong Beach. It seems like Peach Blossom may be a bit newer and nicer, but our room on the Peach Hill property was great and had all the amenities most folks on holiday would want. If walking distance to a nice beach and a moderate amount of shops/restaurants is what you are looking for, I definitely would recommend this property, If you are looking for a super quite/exlusive/private beach experience, I am sure there are some pricey option. But for the money, this was a great deal. We really appreciated help with booking some activities (where our own efforts were not working out).

Bathroom was not draining well but overall everything was good

The rooms are not cleaned well and the breakfast is terrible. The rooms are very spacious but not in good conditions.
