I've stayed here many times before and its always been excellent. This time i booked a villa but there was construction so it wasnt available. They moved us to a different sister- hotel near by to a room that was quite nice, but not the villa i booked. It was a good compromise, and I dont like to complain, but i was really looking forward to that villa.

The entrance and pool area looks good. The breakfast is set up everyday but the food is open and there eere flies and nets all over the food ...i couldn't eat anything. There is no elevator pass the 2nd floor terrible experience with climbing the stairs. The hotel is on a big steep hills just terrible for people with limitations or the elderly. I would not book with this hotel oh and keep your deposit receipt to get your 100 returned. I almost lost my money even though they kept account of me paying them.

We were in the lower building which was still under construction. The room itself was nice, but the elevator rarely worked and the stairs were a construction site. During room cleaning, the halls was filled with dirty towels and sheets. You had to step around piles of dirty laundry to reach your room. View of construction sight and some noise from construction as well.

Yes it’s up a hill. But you’re only walking up it once or twice a day. There is another way up, longer but not as steep. Via the sister hotel.
Hotel itself- brilliant. Has everything you and what it doesn’t have is made by the staff.
Yes it’s very quiet, beds super comfortable, air conditioning great.
There was two staff in the restaurant but I didn’t get there names. The gentleman staff began with a P. He was so helpful. The staff are always so happy, and they remember you and what you order.
Perfect location. Not too close and not too far. Perfect for Kata, Karon and Patong beach.

Resort is nice, 3 pools was a bonus. It is set on a hill but that wasn’t an issue. AC was super strong and room was cleaned everyday. Very central and definitely would go back and stay. It was a cheap place to stay for $50pn and rooms were very spacious.

Peach Hill and its adjacent sister property (you can use either restaurant or pools and corresponding short walk access to Kata Beach and Karon Beach). For busy west coastal Phuket, both of these beaches are bit less busy (especially Kata), but give you short taxi access to Phuket City (and it’s ocean activities) or busy/popular Patong Beach.
It seems like Peach Blossom may be a bit newer and nicer, but our room on the Peach Hill property was great and had all the amenities most folks on holiday would want. If walking distance to a nice beach and a moderate amount of shops/restaurants is what you are looking for, I definitely would recommend this property, If you are looking for a super quite/exlusive/private beach experience, I am sure there are some pricey option. But for the money, this was a great deal.
We really appreciated help with booking some activities (where our own efforts were not working out).

The resort is located on a very large hill (the name gives it away) and it’s quite a steep walk up and down to get into town (nothing else on the hill but another hotel so no choice for food).
This hill would be bareable if you could then use an elevator to your hotel room. Alas, I was staying on the 4th floor in a building that had no lift. Not very 4 star and I was unaware of this at the time of booking (in fact I requested a ground floor room).
The aircon was awful. After the big hill and 4 flights of stairs, I loved walking into a sweat box and towel drying myself multiple times.
Big queen bed was very comfortable, shower was awful. Changed temperature by itself and had zero water pressure making it hard to wash hair/body.
Multiple pools to choose from, stable solid breakfast and cheap room service/cocktails.
Overall nice but the no lift + bad shower + bad aircon makes it hard to justify the price. Preferred my very very cheap hostels…

Hôtel au rapport qualité/prix correct. Il est très bien situé, plages de Kata et Karon accessibles à pied, marché nocturne de Kata à proximité, très sympa pour manger et boire un verre. Le personnel est accueillant et à l'écoute.
L'hôtel par contre est vétuste, il aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement. Climatisation dans les chambres très bruyante, insonorisation pas top. Les piscines sont agréables mais certains carreaux sont décollés dans la piscine du bas. Petit déjeuner pas terrible pour les gens qui ne mangent que du sucré : croissant très secs et peu de choix, notamment de fruits alors qu'on en trouve toutes sortes au marché.
Pour moi, cet hotel équivaut un 3 étoiles, pas plus.

The pools were lovely but unfortunately some of the loungers were broken and there were a few sections of tiling that were broken or repaired badly. It was easy to cut yourself on the loose tiles. The staff were friendly and helped where they could. We had cockroaches in our room (we think due to housekeepers leaving the door open for too long when cleaning) which really disturbed our stay, however, the housekeeper did help us catch one at 11pm! The room looked nice initially but on further inspection, it was very grubby. Mouldy shower curtain, grubby walls and sticky floors which really need a mop. The door was broken, so a wide gap under this also allowed insects in. They change towels every day and bedding every 2 days which is not eco friendly at all especially since there’s no way (no door hanger etc) to communicate to housekeepers that you do not want these things changed. Hotel reception is on a very steep hill and you have to climb a lot of stairs and walk far to your room/bungalow as the rooms/bungalows are back down the hill on the other side.

The room looked nice initially but on further inspection, it was very grubby. Mouldy shower curtain, grubby walls and sticky floors which really need a mop. The door was broken, so a wide gap under this also allowed insects in. They change towels every day and bedding every 2 days which is not eco friendly at all especially since there’s no way (no door hanger etc) to communicate to housekeepers that you do not want these things changed. Hotel reception is on a very steep hill and you have to climb a lot of stairs and walk far to your room/bungalow as the rooms/bungalows are back down the hill on the other side.
