My stay was exceptional. Upon arriving earlier than check-in; the manager offered luggage storage, an efficient system with identification tags. She let me use the bathroom and even offered to allow me to use the shower if I needed. Once checked in, the room was very clean. I spilled coffee on the bed sheets, and once I told them, they offered to change the sheets and did. The bathrooms are very clean. They organized the airport taxi booking for my friend without any issue. The next day I checked out at noon, and kept my luggage in their storage for 5 extra hours without any issues. I will definitely be returning to this establishment on my way back to Bangkok. Great great service, staff and location.
Adorei tudo. Quarto bom, cama boa, tudo limpo, área comum muito boa, equipe atenciosa e gentil. Em frente ao metrô e perto dos principais pontos da cidade.
