Der er mange russere på hotellet i Oktober måned, de fylder meget men er mest børnefamilier og ikke så støjende.

Noisy, bad location, the beach nearby was not nice, and the food was average at best. Maybe a good place for families with young kids - they had an active kids zone and free activities for kids. I wouldn’t recommend it for relaxation or luxury by any means.

Hôtel calme et agréable

Great location for those who want to sit back and relax. Beach access cannot be beaten. Great family atmosphere and terrific ambience. Unfortunately, the rooms are nearing their use-by dates as they beginning to show their age:- cupboard doors not closing; taps very stiff. Also, the hot water in the taps was dangerously hot. None of the pools were accessible as there were no steps nor ramps in any of the four pools. Rooms not accessible with wheelchairs (though they stated that their engineering department could install a ramp). Their website needs to be updated around Accessibility to reflect actuality.

Best for families with kids

Loved this family friendly hotel. Our room was spacious with a separate bedroom for our two kids. Lots of pools to choose to relax beside with a cocktail in hand while the kids played and made new friends. Food at the restaurants was delicious! You could get massages/hair braiding by the beach or head out to one of the shops outside the hotel along the road and get one. There were a few basic markets for Knick knacks and a shopping centre nearby. Heading to Patong was a scenic 20-30 minute drive depending on traffic. Would love to come back and stay here again one day!

Great spot! Right on the beach! Stayed for 10 nights and plenty of things to do with the family! Massage on the beach were great! Meals at restaurants were very tasty. Staff friendly and nothing was too big of a deal

Quiet area and family friendly

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Even though we stayed during rainy season we still could enjoy walking and getting our feet wet on the beach, which is connected to the hotel. The pools were so much fun for the kids too. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and had a meal each at the 2 restaurants. The views we great and everything we ate was delicious, and kids eat for free with a paying adult! One meal wasn't enough for our 8 and 10 year olds so they let us order seconds again free of charge. Our kids favorite things about the hotel were the water slide and sports pool where you can play volleyball and basketball. As for the kids and teens activities, we enjoyed the lounges where we made bracelets and played table tennis, but because it was low season most of the other activities were cancelled due to not having enough participants. The Acrobatic show was fun because they let some of the audience participate and the final act was very impressive. Overall, it was such a relaxing and family fun stay. Thank you for everything. We are hoping to visiting every year from now on if we can.

Great location, great to spend a few days with kid 6 different pools !!! Were AMAZING !

All over quite good, supportive staff! Very nice pool area. The food could be even a bit better. On the downside: the gym was a bit dirty and outworn, also its opening times were to restrictive (only 7:00 - 21:00 -> why??)

Brilliant resort

This is a resort that looks like a Caribbean all-inclusive resort. The breakfast buffet is very nice and has a lot of variety. The beach is not as published in the pictures, the water is darker and when we were there high winds and red flag did not allow us to swim. The pools and amenities for children are perfect. It has pool bars and food service in restaurants and room. It also has a self laundry in the property. Prices are a little high inside but service is nice. You have a supermarket in front for small shopping and/or liquor.

Property is great, kids club staff needs motivation.

ファミリールーム（2階）で3泊の滞在。 我々は普通のファミリールームでしたが、一階のプールにすぐ出られる部屋が便利そうでした。小さめのプールが何個もあり、深さも色々で小さい子から楽しめると思います。 ウェルカムフルーツとしてオレンジとりんごが4つずつ。更に子供が誕生日だとフロントが気づいてくれてフロントを通った際に呼び止められてバースデーソングを歌ってお祝いしてくれ、更に翌日部屋までフルーツとカードを届けてくれました。小さなキッチンもあり、ナイフやカトラリー、お皿と洗剤、スポンジもあったのでオレンジを切ったり絞って飲むことも出来て良かったです。 洗面所は洗面台、便座、シャワーブースがまとまっており、シャワーブースにはカーテンや扉がなかったものの水量は十分。 ランドレット（コインランドリー）があったのも助かりました。洗剤は自分で用意する必要がありますが、ホテルのすぐ向かいにTops dailyがあり、10バーツ位で小さい袋を買えます。

Great hotel right on the beach and close to lots of resturants right or left. The pools are great with shade and the breakfast is excellent.
