Great place as always. Reception staff friendly, helpful and very patient, lots of fun and they make the place a 5* from me. I'd injured my back and arrived a day early. No problem. They extended my stay, gave me the room I like and moved all my bags. Housekeeping are good at what they do. The bedroom was kept clean and neat. The restaurant is also good and the lady who makes eggs for breakfast is a lovely person, full of humour and always helpful, as are the other staff. The food is good as well. Laundry service good if a tadge expensive but it saved me making the effort. The location is one of the reasons I stay. 3 mins from Jung Ceylon and food and coffee, 4 mins from Central with its excellent food hall and 3 floors of shopping, 4 mins from crazy Bangla, 6 mins from the sea and 12 mins to the Immigration office if you want to extend your visa... would I stay again? Yes, it's excellent

毎年　年末年始は、プーケットで過ごしています　賑やかな年始は、繁華街から少し離れた静かなホテルを利用していましたが、今回は、比較的賑やかなロケーションに冒険してみました　「うるさくて眠れない」　と言う口コミをみて戸惑いましたが、実際は、窓もペアガラスで静かでいいホテルでした　シャワーブースと浴槽も別々で　部屋も広く　空調も新しく　シャワーの水量も問題無し　フロントスタッフもフレンドリーでした、朝食も近隣のレストラン清潔でした　きっと次もこのホテルに宿泊します　おすすめのホテルです

Have stayed more than 10 times at this hotel and as usual, the staff & service are excellent. Only complaint that I have for this trip is that the mattress in my room was slightly lumpy and too soft. As a result, I suffered from lower back pain for quite a few days. I will stay again in this hotel when I go back to Phuket, if the rates are still good.

The front office staff were courteous, friendly and professional. Always a delight to deal with them. Location of hotel is very convenient and it’s a short walk to dining, drinks, shopping, massage, etc. Can’t recommend highly enough. Keep up the great work!

Great location in terms of dining and shopping. It's also a short walk to the clubs and pubs of Bangla Road, if one is so inclined. Hotel is clean, comfortable and the staff are all very nice and courteous. Hotel rates are also value for money. Would definitely recommend to anyone going to that part of Phuket. Do note that the beach is probably about a 15 min walk though.

Room was big and spacious. Hotel over all was quite nice. However bedsheets and towels had some stains on them when clean. General housekeeping of the room could do with some improvement. I would still recommend and I would stay there again.

Have stayed more than 10 times at this hotel and as usual, the staff & service are excellent. Only complaint that I have for this trip is that the mattress in my room was slightly lumpy and too soft. As a result, I suffered from lower back pain for quite a few days. I will stay again in this hotel when I go back to Phuket, if the rates are still good.

Dit hotel zit in het verlengde van Bangla Rd. en is vrij druk. Het voordeel is dat het hotel wat meer naar acher iis gesitueerd. Er is tot een uur of 2 ‘s nachts nog wel muziek te horen. De kamers zijn simpel maar voldoen prima

Great place as always. Reception staff friendly, helpful and very patient, lots of fun and they make the place a 5* from me. I'd injured my back and arrived a day early. No problem. They extended my stay, gave me the room I like and moved all my bags. Housekeeping are good at what they do. The bedroom was kept clean and neat. The restaurant is also good and the lady who makes eggs for breakfast is a lovely person, full of humour and always helpful, as are the other staff. The food is good as well. Laundry service good if a tadge expensive but it saved me making the effort. The location is one of the reasons I stay. 3 mins from Jung Ceylon and food and coffee, 4 mins from Central with its excellent food hall and 3 floors of shopping, 4 mins from crazy Bangla, 6 mins from the sea and 12 mins to the Immigration office if you want to extend your visa... would I stay again? Yes, it's excellent

毎年　年末年始は、プーケットで過ごしています　賑やかな年始は、繁華街から少し離れた静かなホテルを利用していましたが、今回は、比較的賑やかなロケーションに冒険してみました　「うるさくて眠れない」　と言う口コミをみて戸惑いましたが、実際は、窓もペアガラスで静かでいいホテルでした　シャワーブースと浴槽も別々で　部屋も広く　空調も新しく　シャワーの水量も問題無し　フロントスタッフもフレンドリーでした、朝食も近隣のレストラン清潔でした　きっと次もこのホテルに宿泊します　おすすめのホテルです
