One of the best hotel in Phuket with newly design. Room is more than excellent hardly to find any complaint. Pool and gsm are perfect. Breafast is nicely present but not really good taste, limitation of bakery choices, not varity of bread. Breafast and restaurant staff is only 3 stars but others of this hotel are over expectation.

The location is not really in Patong. You have to cross the road to access the beach. Rooms are new and comfy.Food is so so.They didn’t serve breakfast due to few customers. Swimming pools are so small.

Overall, I like the room. It was clean and good designed. The jacuzzi was excellent. The furnitures are good quantity. The reasons why I do not give excellent to this hotel are below. I think the service and amenities were shot from the 5-star hotel. Toilet tissue is not the good one. Facial tissue was double layers instead of three. Staffs did their routine work very well, but did not know how to solve the problem under special circumstance. I had food poisoning during my stay (caused from outside NOT in the hotel), so I asked for in-room breakfast. My friend called the reception, the first staff simply said that they don't have this service. Then, my friend asked if she can go there and pick-up by the food herself. Again, he rejected because it is against hotel policy. The only thing he can do was send us the buggy car. These were very disappointing. I don't sure if my expectation was too high for asking the 5-star hotel to do in-room breakfast. However, about 10 minuets later, another staff called back and offered that they bring us the breakfast. The second staff make me give 3/5 to this hotel instead of 1/5.

The property was very nice and well kept, rooms were spacious and clean. The only issue I had was the room remained very moist which created a mildew smell. The walls and floor remained wet even after wiping everything down with a towel and this also caused our clothes to remain damn. Not sure what that was about but maybe it had to do with the AC system. Otherwise it is a very nice property but a little far off from the excitement of Patong Beach.

An sich eine absolut schöne Hotelanlage. Um genau zu sein, zumindest aus der Entfernung! Der Pool war sauber und echt schön. Das Frühstuck bat für alle Gäste etwas. ABER: Wir sind nach dem 3. Tag in ein anderes Zimmer umgezogen weil es in unserem stark Schimmel roch. Das Kondenswasser der Klimaanlage lief die Wänder herunter, die Steckdosen waren defekt, so dass man sich am stecker verbrannte, die Dusche lief nicht ab und es war überall Dreck und Schimmel. Im neuen Zimmer war es noch schlimmer, zumindest mit der Sauberkeit. Die Zimmer sind zusätzlich sehr hellhörig. Wir hörten unsere Nachbarn bei Streit und Spaß. Alles in allem würde ich sagen, dass das Hotel nicht dem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis entspricht

LOVED this hotel. Staff was so friendly. Went to thailand for my birthday and on my birthday they decorated the bed and brought me a cake with a candle. I thought the gesture was so sweet. Breakfast food was great everyone was very friendly no complaints When i visit thailand again i will be staying here

We did have a chance to relax and enjoy the resort because were on the go. Every morning we would leave about 8am and wouldn't make it back until to 5 pm. The breakfast was amazing!

The location is not really in Patong. You have to cross the road to access the beach. Rooms are new and comfy.Food is so so.They didn’t serve breakfast due to few customers. Swimming pools are so small.

Overall, I like the room. It was clean and good designed. The jacuzzi was excellent. The furnitures are good quantity. The reasons why I do not give excellent to this hotel are below. I think the service and amenities were shot from the 5-star hotel. Toilet tissue is not the good one. Facial tissue was double layers instead of three. Staffs did their routine work very well, but did not know how to solve the problem under special circumstance. I had food poisoning during my stay (caused from outside NOT in the hotel), so I asked for in-room breakfast. My friend called the reception, the first staff simply said that they don't have this service. Then, my friend asked if she can go there and pick-up by the food herself. Again, he rejected because it is against hotel policy. The only thing he can do was send us the buggy car. These were very disappointing. I don't sure if my expectation was too high for asking the 5-star hotel to do in-room breakfast. However, about 10 minuets later, another staff called back and offered that they bring us the breakfast. The second staff make me give 3/5 to this hotel instead of 1/5.

One of the best hotel in Phuket with newly design. Room is more than excellent hardly to find any complaint. Pool and gsm are perfect. Breafast is nicely present but not really good taste, limitation of bakery choices, not varity of bread. Breafast and restaurant staff is only 3 stars but others of this hotel are over expectation.

The property was very nice and well kept, rooms were spacious and clean. The only issue I had was the room remained very moist which created a mildew smell. The walls and floor remained wet even after wiping everything down with a towel and this also caused our clothes to remain damn. Not sure what that was about but maybe it had to do with the AC system. Otherwise it is a very nice property but a little far off from the excitement of Patong Beach.

An sich eine absolut schöne Hotelanlage. Um genau zu sein, zumindest aus der Entfernung! Der Pool war sauber und echt schön. Das Frühstuck bat für alle Gäste etwas. ABER: Wir sind nach dem 3. Tag in ein anderes Zimmer umgezogen weil es in unserem stark Schimmel roch. Das Kondenswasser der Klimaanlage lief die Wänder herunter, die Steckdosen waren defekt, so dass man sich am stecker verbrannte, die Dusche lief nicht ab und es war überall Dreck und Schimmel. Im neuen Zimmer war es noch schlimmer, zumindest mit der Sauberkeit. Die Zimmer sind zusätzlich sehr hellhörig. Wir hörten unsere Nachbarn bei Streit und Spaß. Alles in allem würde ich sagen, dass das Hotel nicht dem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis entspricht

LOVED this hotel. Staff was so friendly. Went to thailand for my birthday and on my birthday they decorated the bed and brought me a cake with a candle. I thought the gesture was so sweet. Breakfast food was great everyone was very friendly no complaints When i visit thailand again i will be staying here

We did have a chance to relax and enjoy the resort because were on the go. Every morning we would leave about 8am and wouldn't make it back until to 5 pm. The breakfast was amazing!

The property and staff were amazing and polite. What I did not like was watching the elephant sanctuary from the balcony! Watching these poor majestic animals suffer in chains and on ropes was just horrendous
