Gym was well equipped and clean. Everything could be ordered using an app which made requests easy. A big resort but it was beautiful and felt quiet. 7 minutes from stepping into car until arrival at airport.

The hotel design and landscape is very unique. There are three pools and many restaurants & bars inside the hotel. The room is spacious and very nice. Basically it is the place for your relaxation. The staff is very nice, they are all polite and very keen to help if you need anything. Only downside would be the hotel is not facing the beach or ocean however there is the direct access to Nai Yang beach, where is public beach. Nai Yang beach is not the most beautiful beach in Phuket however it is less touristy and the sunset is unbelievable. Also there are several "on the beach restaurants" which are very nice and chill. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you want the relaxation.

15 minute check in - seated, comfortable, professional and not too long but could be speeded up. Very impressive pool villa, huge and well designed and furnished. We were in 2001 which is next to a bar so there was some noise pollution but otherwise good privacy. It limited playing own music - not a big deal and other pool villas/rooms not likely affected. Food & room service was good and fairly priced for western, a bit expensive for Thai. Minibar 2/3x shop prices for alcohol but 7x for soft drinks. About a 10 min walk to the beach from our villa (its a big but uncrowded complex), and its a nice quiet beach. Lots of mosquitos in the room on first night despite closed doors but after requesting a spray the day after it was better. Repellent provided and recommend. There are some nice restaurants on the beach outside the hotel - the only problem is the hotel closes the beach gate at 8pm. We scaled the wall (3m) but thats not going to work for everyone meaning an unnecessary taxi around to the front entrance. Hotel "black ginger" restaurant looked impressive and kids would likely love it. We didn't eat there but got the food delivered and it was decent. Breakfast was pretty good with a range of asian/EU/US choices.7/10 Its a stylish and well run hotel - if you want a private large walled (no views) space with hotel amenities its a solid choice. Also only 10 mins from the airport - short break bonus. There are however lots of other choices with different pros and cons.

A very strange hotel. Parts of beautiful, the rooms are a bit too over engineered. The air con was useless. Nice balcony. It’s good for a couple of nights before you fly out but no more. The beach is lovely and accessible direct from the bottom of the hotel

Me and my boyfriend absolutely loved this resort. It is near a popular walking street so you can wash clothes, ride bikes, get food, coffee, exchange money, gifts etc... the buffet breakfast is absolutely amazing with lots of variety. the hotel room was beautiful as well as the property; properly maintained everyday. Pools are amazing, and the beach is beautiful. Only downfall I would say is it is far from popular tourist destination's like Bangala road, excursions to phi phi etc everything is pretty much an hour away. But overall, absolutely stunning place and would stay again.

The best resort anywhere in Thailand that we have stayed at. The staff are amazing. The resort is on a very large area, with good access to the beach and local restaurants. The tin mini g theme is impressive. They clearly went to great effort to make the experience authentic. Well done. This is our fo to place in Phuket. Great for couples.

The hotel design and landscape is very unique. There are three pools and many restaurants & bars inside the hotel. The room is spacious and very nice. Basically it is the place for your relaxation. The staff is very nice, they are all polite and very keen to help if you need anything. Only downside would be the hotel is not facing the beach or ocean however there is the direct access to Nai Yang beach, where is public beach. Nai Yang beach is not the most beautiful beach in Phuket however it is less touristy and the sunset is unbelievable. Also there are several "on the beach restaurants" which are very nice and chill. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you want the relaxation.

15 minute check in - seated, comfortable, professional and not too long but could be speeded up. Very impressive pool villa, huge and well designed and furnished. We were in 2001 which is next to a bar so there was some noise pollution but otherwise good privacy. It limited playing own music - not a big deal and other pool villas/rooms not likely affected. Food & room service was good and fairly priced for western, a bit expensive for Thai. Minibar 2/3x shop prices for alcohol but 7x for soft drinks. About a 10 min walk to the beach from our villa (its a big but uncrowded complex), and its a nice quiet beach. Lots of mosquitos in the room on first night despite closed doors but after requesting a spray the day after it was better. Repellent provided and recommend. There are some nice restaurants on the beach outside the hotel - the only problem is the hotel closes the beach gate at 8pm. We scaled the wall (3m) but thats not going to work for everyone meaning an unnecessary taxi around to the front entrance. Hotel "black ginger" restaurant looked impressive and kids would likely love it. We didn't eat there but got the food delivered and it was decent. Breakfast was pretty good with a range of asian/EU/US choices.7/10 Its a stylish and well run hotel - if you want a private large walled (no views) space with hotel amenities its a solid choice. Also only 10 mins from the airport - short break bonus. There are however lots of other choices with different pros and cons.

Gym was well equipped and clean. Everything could be ordered using an app which made requests easy. A big resort but it was beautiful and felt quiet. 7 minutes from stepping into car until arrival at airport.

お部屋が広く清潔で、自然に溢れた広いホテルです。子供用プールが1つ、大人用プールが２つあり、施設もオシャレで充実しているのでおこもりステイにピッタリです。また行きたいホテルです。

A very strange hotel. Parts of beautiful, the rooms are a bit too over engineered. The air con was useless. Nice balcony. It’s good for a couple of nights before you fly out but no more. The beach is lovely and accessible direct from the bottom of the hotel

Me and my boyfriend absolutely loved this resort. It is near a popular walking street so you can wash clothes, ride bikes, get food, coffee, exchange money, gifts etc... the buffet breakfast is absolutely amazing with lots of variety. the hotel room was beautiful as well as the property; properly maintained everyday. Pools are amazing, and the beach is beautiful. Only downfall I would say is it is far from popular tourist destination's like Bangala road, excursions to phi phi etc everything is pretty much an hour away. But overall, absolutely stunning place and would stay again.

I loved the aesthetics, view and the beach and market was close by. A stroll through the resort gate. Will definitely visit them again. Buffet was tasty too!

The best resort anywhere in Thailand that we have stayed at. The staff are amazing. The resort is on a very large area, with good access to the beach and local restaurants. The tin mini g theme is impressive. They clearly went to great effort to make the experience authentic. Well done. This is our fo to place in Phuket. Great for couples.

Beautiful property in a great location. Away from the busyness of Phuket but still has easy access to everything. The property and rooms are fantastic, and I will stay there again.
