Ich war nun zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel (bzw im Schwesternhotel nebenan) Insgesamt hat es uns gut gefallen – die Zimmer sind sauber, die Anlage gepflegt, das Animationsteam und der Poolservice sind super. Leider hatten wir alle drei Magenprobleme, die sehr wahrscheinlich vom Essen kamen. Außerdem war der Essensbereich oft klebrig, und der Service – vor allem beim Frühstück – lässt stark zu wünschen übrig. Mittlerweile arbeiten dort überwiegend asiatische Mitarbeiterinnen. Einige sind wirklich sehr lieb und freundlich, aber andere wirken leider extrem unfreundlich – kein Lächeln, kein Blickkontakt, teilweise schauen sie, als würden sie gleich jemanden umbringen. Dazu kommt, dass sie wenig dazulernen: Wir haben sieben Tage lang täglich Çay bestellt und mussten jedes Mal erneut nach Zucker und Löffeln fragen. Schade, denn der frühere Charme mit den herzlichen türkischen Mitarbeitern ist dadurch etwas verloren gegangen. Trotzdem ein schönes Hotel mit Potenzial – wenn der Service wieder besser geschult und herzlicher wird, würden wir wiederkommen.

Excellent service, very clean and well maintained. No complaints. Plenty of food and drinks all day/night. Good kids club with daily activities. Brilliant aqua parks (1 for kids and and 1 for big kids)

We had a wonderful time at Arycanda in Turkey and would highly recommend it for families. The hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and very well maintained. Our family room was huge with extremely comfortable beds, and the mini bar selection was excellent. The pool area is glorious, with plenty of space for everyone. Like most resorts, you do need to head down early to secure a sunbed, but aside from that, I have no complaints. Dining: • Breakfast: Excellent variety and taste – my daughter especially loved her daily pancakes and waffles. • Lunch: The main restaurant’s lunch options were a little limited; I’d definitely recommend heading to the pool restaurant instead as the choices there were much better. • Dinner: Overall, the selection was great. However, for a hotel in Turkey, I was disappointed not to see more authentic Turkish dishes – it felt like a missed opportunity. The menu seemed heavily catered towards Russian and European guests, with a lot of stews that felt unnecessary. Despite those minor food preferences, Arycanda is a brilliant family-friendly hotel and one we would happily return to.

The food options were poor and all of the food was bland and badly cooked. Perhaps they would be better doing a fewer dishes really well than offering a lot of dishes prepared poorly. Despite advertising as an Ultra All inclusive hotel no alcohol is offered in the room mini bar after the first day. Witnessed very poor health and safety practice by staff constructing a pool event - using electrical extension sockets in the wet to power electrical compressors and plugged into a standard wall socket with no intermediate circuit breaker protection. Children were standing in the pools of water and stepping on the extension power cables. All together a hotel with adequate capital investment and facilities but poorly trained and sometimes rude staff, all with a very poor grasp of dealing with customers in a 5 star setting and very limited English language ability.

Un bel hôtel avec de nombreuses activités proposées en journée. Les toboggans sont sympas à faire pour les enfants. Le restaurant principal propose tous les soirs un thème particulier. Ça reste bruyant en interieur mais quand on arrive à avoir des places en extérieur c'est vraiment agréable. Le restaurant méditerranéen à reserver est exceptionnel. Service en bord de piscine excellent. Gentillesse du personnel à l'accueil. Excellente literie et superbe chambre. Un grand bazaar avec des dizaines de magasins à 5 min. En point à améliorer : le room service = de nombreux oublis: serviettes, gel douche, papier toilette...il a fallu réclamer. Le complexe hôtelier est moins grand qu'il n'apparaît...il manque des restaurants le soir en bord de plage. Tout est concentré en intérieur. On est assez loin d'Antalya et Alanya = 1h30 d'Antalya et 40 min d'alanya. A prevoir si vous souhaitez bouger. Au global: de belles vacances. 10 jours étaient suffisant avec 2 excursions = 1 à Antalya + lands of legend le soir et 1 au grand canyon vert.

Ein Traumurlaub mit Spitzenservice! Ein rundum perfekter Urlaub im Kirman Arycanda Premium! Die Anlage ist wunderschön, das Essen erstklassig und der Service lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht an Herrn Alper Özkocak – stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Dank ihm haben wir uns besonders willkommen und bestens betreut gefühlt. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Zeit – wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

This is not a 5 star property I’ve called and complained from the first day I attempted to stay. Their reviews are all fake their staff are scammers worst experience with a bunch of liars

Original brands of soda and alcohol was nice surprise and a big plus for us! Quality of food was also good, much better compared to some other 5 star all inclusive hotels. The only small minus that not that many of the staff understood English, which lead to some misunderstandings during the stay.

When i you first enter the hotel, you get the wow factor. The hotel is stunning looking and have so many nice touches. The bathroom next to the lobby is one of the prettiest public toilets I have ever seen. A special thanks to Ryskhan that made sure to take extra special care of us during our stay. She always replied fast, and helped arrange our massages, which were by the way amazing. Beach/pool Beautiful beach and less rocks than we had expected. Being able to order drinks to the beach using a QR code is such a cool touch (whenever it worked). Great selection and drinks but we did miss the option of ordering simple snacks and light food to the beach. We did see people bring food from one of the buffets. We are not big fans of pool, but they played music there, which is enjoyable if youre into that. Food When i you first enter the hotel, you get the wow factor. Es war einfach super! Strand und Meer sind traumhaft, das Hotel sieht ganz neu aus, alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Zimmerreinigung und Auffüllen der Minibar klappen jeden Tag perfekt. Es gibt jede Menge coole Events und die Animation ist echt top. Sogar ein paar Bowlingbahnen sind am Start. Das All-Inclusive ist richtig gut – die größte Herausforderung ist, nicht zu viele Kilos draufzupacken! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Perfect for families with young children, lots of activities; plenty of outdoor pool space, kids slides, indoor pool, kids club, indoor activities (games room & bowling) Very clean hotel. Not alot of staff spoke english, mostly german/russian speaking. Evening entertainment was abit lacking, not much of a variety, but the overall stay was pleasant.

Beautiful resort, clean, safe, friendly staff, food is amazing. Definitely recommend. A couple things we didn’t like: A/C in the room was not cooling properly, bad odor from the sink and shower drains. We enjoyed our stay in early April, we opened the balcony door to get fresh air, not sure about the air quality during hot season.

First Family Holiday in Turkey – A Great Experience! This was our first time holidaying in Turkey with kids, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and friendly throughout our stay. When we arrived, I wasn’t happy with the room, but to my surprise, they offered us several alternative options to choose from — something you don’t often see at hotels. It made a great first impression. Room cleaning could have been better, and we did have to raise it with the hotel, but they responded quickly and did their best to sort it out. One of the standout features was having a personal manager assigned to us — it made everything so much easier and stress-free. All in all, a great hotel with fantastic staff. Would definitely recommend!
