Bad service, bad breakfast, no AC!

El personal de recepción y de limpieza fueron muy amables en todo momento, cada mañana con una sonrisa. La habitación estaba muy limpia y con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Quizás agregaria una lámpara en la mesa de noche para más iluminación, pero todo estuvo muy bien. El desayuno muy variado, con comida riquísima. Quizas podría agregar algún otro tipo de jugo, pero todo estuvo perfecto. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, incluso a pocos metros está la parada del bus para trasladarse al aeropuerto

Hotel, jak to hotel w centrum historycznym Stambułu, największą zaletą jest lokalizacja, reszta pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Na weekend warto, na dłużej szkoda zachodu.

Great hospitality, and highly communicative staff, safe, convenient location and clean. Kurban made my stay easy and helped me get the most out of my short time there. He helped arrange all bookings, answered my questions and walked me around the area to help me get my bearings. The hotel rooftop has a great view and is a fun high vibrant space for fantastic food, a glass of wine and Shisha, and great DJ open to requests to make it all about the guests. I loved that. My room was clean with fully stocked toiletries, and my near proximity view of the Blue Mosque made it perfect. Finally, the breakfast each morning was nothing short of amazing. They had a wide selection of food and everything was fresh and tasted incredible!! if you are in Sultanahmet, I highly recommend this place. Great value for what you get.

Staff were amazing and helpful. The hotel is situated in the middle of everything so it’s quite easy to get a round. The Roof top hotel is excellent. Great place overall . 10/10

Great location. Friendly staff. Cleaning of the room could be improved. The breakfast was good in comparison with the room rate. The rooftop terrace bar is value add.

They charged a $10 on free juice and wind a lot for their free Turkish coffee. For this reason I won’t go back due to unnecessary billing.

All staffs are so friendly. And the location was perfect. Yasar was so kind and very helpful.

Staff of this Hotel I will give FIVE STAR , specially Yasher, this man goes beyond his limit to help and solve your problem. From welcoming the guest and guiding you through your trips, is this hotel speciality.

Wonderful room with great view

Great location, clean, A/C, walkable and gorgeous rooftop patio. Staff was all friendly and helpful. Loud loud building and difficult to sleep.

The terrace was spectacular and the food at the cafe there was very yummy. The only issue we had was upon arrival at the Galataport terminal we were expecting a transfer to the hotel. I had emailed the hotel months prior to make arrangements and get a quote and then after waiting 40 minutes hailed a quote which charged us 5x what we should've paid and didn't drop us in front of the hotel. We were told on artival they don't do transfers from the port, but i have emails that quote a price. On our morning of departure, after 2 confirmations, front desk called our transfer service to find out they hadn't sent anyone and it was a last minute rush to get out the door. Staff were friendly and apoligetic for the misunderstandings which were probably solely from language barriers. Room was clean. Hotel was half a block from the Blue Mosque!

Great location, everything close to what we wanted to see, blue mosque is on side. Hotel ‘ll improve the Breakfast everyday the same. Staff Great. I’ll Recommend travelers use yellow taxis with Taximeters and don’t use Taxis from the Airport to the Hotel with Hotel shuttles, you ‘ll pay $1000.00 liras more. Thank you
