Upon check out, I left my iPhone at the lobby, but before I took the taxi, a hotel staff brought it to me. Thanks a lot.

Odadan banyo kapısından su akıyordu, personel kahvaltı salonunda küfür ediyordu, lobi tuvaleti ve otoparkta lambalar 1 sn yanıyordu. Rezil olduk

This was a very nice hotel and I would consider staying again if the price is right. I stayed for business for 7 nights. This area is a very nice area of Istanbul. There are two giant malls next door to the hotel so there are a lot of dining options. There are also some great dining options across the street past the huge mosque (which is a beautiful mosque). If you want to do some shopping, I suggest going to the more authentic shops behind the Hyatt hotel. I got some amazing desserts from one of these shops. The breakfast was very good at this hotel. I particularly liked the honeycomb style honey, cheese selection, and the freshly made omelets. The workout facility is small, but there were rarely more than 2 people in it, and it was comfortable enough. My only criticism is that there is a lot of noise that comes from the street. This hotel is on a very busy street and even though I was on the 4th floor and toward the back of the hotel away from the main street, there was still a good amount of noise coming through my room. Beyond that it was a great stay and I would consider booking it again.

Oda gerçekten temiz ve ferahtı, çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve saygılıydı. Konaklamamız boyunca imkanlar bizi tatmin etti. Tek kötü özelliği inanılmaz bir trafik sesi var maalesef istanbul’un kendi sorunundan dolayı ama onun haricinde çok memnun kaldık

Everything is nice but the bed is uncomfortable; and there was a click sound in my room that starts / stops for no apperant reason…

The reception of guests is very good, the room is clean, the furniture is comfortable, and the service is very good. It is really a wonderful hotel.

Die Lage vom Hotel ist super und auch sehr sauber.

It is clean and staff are friendly. The only downsides wete they charge for parking and in order to use their pool you have to wear a swim cap and they don't just give you one, you have to purchase it from them.
